Please, refer to the following details if you wish to participate. <2024 JAEJIN´S B-DAY PARTY ‘Jaejin´s Showless Lunch Show’> - Date & Time: Saturday, December 21th, 2024, 2:30PM - Location: Seodong-gu, Seoul (Location to be announced to winners) - Age Requirement: 19 years old and above - Eligibility: Weverse PRIMADONNA MEMBERSHIP subscribers - Number of participants: 33 people (first come, first served) - Participation Fee: 15,000 KRW *A meal and alcoholic beverage (or soft drink) will be provided to each PRIMADONNA member attending the 2024 JAEJIN´S B-DAY PARTY ‘Jaejin´s Showless Lunch Show’ - Identity verification: 1:30PM - Admission Time: 2:10PM [Application Instructions] To apply, please access the application page via the link below, complete the application form, and submit your application. [Application Notes] - Those wishing to participate must be a member of the Weverse PRIMADONNA MEMBERSHIP. - Participation is only open to individuals aged 19 and above. - On the day of the event, an identity verification process will take place before entry Please ensure that you PRIMADONNA MEMBERSHIP registration information (name, DOB, contact information) matches exactly with your ID before applying. - Your name must be entered in either Korean or English in order to participate. - Please, provide a valid mobile phone number that is capable of receiving text messages for your contact information. - Once you have clicked “Apply to participate”, you will not be able to modify your application. Winners will be notified individually via text message (to the number provided in the application form) and email (to the email associated with your Weverse account). Please ensure all information is entered accurately according to the provided format. The organizers will not be held responsible for any issues arising from missing or incorrect information. - Applications submitted before or after the designated application period will be considered invalid. - If you do not provide consent for the collection and use of your personal information, you will be ineligible to participate in the event. [Winners Announcement] After 9PM on the application date, the winners will be confirmed on the FTISLAND Weverse on “Event Application History” * FTISLAND Weverse Community > Click on the upper right (︙) > Event Application History - The “Event Application History” page will display your assigned participation number, along with a backup number. Those who only received a backup number are on a waiting list, and may not be eligible to participate in the event. - After the announcement of winners, detailed instructions, including the payment period and account information, will be sent via email. Please ensure that you check the inbox of the email address provided at the time of Wevers registration. Failure to make payment within the specific period will result in the cancellation of your application, and your spot will be allocated to the next person in the backup list. - Payments made to any account other than the one specified in the instructions cannot be verified. Please ensure that you verify the correct payment account information before making any payments. - Participants who received a backup number and are subsequently offered a spot from the waiting list will be individually notified by Tuesday, December 10. - After confirming payments from the winners, final details, including location, time, and other essential information, will be sent via text message. (Overseas participants must check their email address linked to their Weverse account). - Participants who wish to receive a cash receipt should follow the instructions provided by on-site staff on the event day. [Admission Information] - On the day of the event, an identity verification process will be conducted at the venue. If a physical ID is not presented or if the name in the ID does not match the participant´s registration details, identity verification will not be possible, and participation in the event will be restricted. - Participants who arrive at the venue after the designated identity verification time may be denied entry. Kindly ensure that the entry process is completed within the specific time frame. - It is mandatory to bring a physical ID for identity verification. (Mobile ID is accepted; screenshots, photos, or photocopies will note be accepted). [Accepted Forms of ID for Identity Verification] - Korean nationals: Resident Registration Card, Driver´s License, Passport - Foreign nationals: Passport, Alien Registration Card. * Only IDs that display the participant´s name, DOB, and photograph will be accepted. * Only IDs with DOB and photograph that are unexpired are accepted. [Important Participation Notes] - Please be advised that the distribution of wreaths and gifts is not permitted at this event. We appreciate your understanding. - Moving or changing seats during the event is not allowed. Any violations may result in action from event staff, so please adhere to this policy. - Photography is only permitted from your designated seat. Kindly follow the instructions of event staff to ensure that no disruptions occur for others. - Disruptive behaviour, such as personal comments or loud noises, should be avoided. Any actions deemed excessive or disturbing may lead to intervention by event staff. Cooperation is essential to ensure an enjoyable experience for all attendees. - Due to the nature of the event, please be aware that outside food and beverages are not permitted. - The entry of hazardous materials such as glass bottles, fireworks, lasers, and items like confetti, bouquets, or balloons may be restricted. - Event organizers are not responsible for any loss or theft of personal items due to negligence. Please take care to securely store your valuables. - This event is strictly for registered participants.
