We kindly ask for your understanding that we respectfully decline all gifts and support items other than letters. Hand delivery at our office is not permitted. - Letters containing items other than letters, as well as shipments sent cash on delivery or via courier services requiring additional payment, including customs fees, may be returned or discarded. * At official public schedules open to fan participation, as announced through Weverse or our official social media channels, letters may be handed to the designated fan club staff on-site. * Delivering letters or items by visiting locations outside of officially announced public schedules, including the GREAT M Entertainment office, practice rooms, dormitories, hair and makeup salons, members' family homes, parking lots, or other private locations, is strictly prohibited. Direct delivery to the members or to staff other than the designated fan club staff is also not permitted. Throwing or placing letters or other items into vehicles is strictly prohibited.
