Following the terminations, all membership-only benefits are no longer available. Please find more details below. 1. Jumping BoA Membership End of Service Termination Date/Time - January 22, 2026, 2:00:00 PM (KST) - All Jumping BoA Membership-exclusive content will be made available to the public following the end of service. Refund Eligibility - Those whose Membership status was valid and active as of January 1, 2026, 00:00:00 AM (KST). (The reference time follows the contract termination time between the artist and the label.) Refund Amount Details - For those who joined the Membership after January 1, 2026, 00:00 AM, the full amount will be refunded. - For those who joined the Membership before January 1, 2026, 00:00 AM, the refund amount will be 110% of the daily rate multiplied by the remaining period (in days). (1) Remaining period (unit: day) = Membership expiration date for each Membership holder - Refund reference date (2) Daily rate (unit: KRW) = The price in each currency / 365 (days) * KRW, JPY: Rounded down from the first decimal place * CNY, USD, MXN: Rounded down from the third decimal place * Refund reference date: January 1, 2026 Refund Details The refund process may vary per Membership holder and will be carried out according to the payment method they used to purchase the Membership. A separate email detailing the refund process will be sent to all eligible Membership holders. Please check your email for further details on how to proceed. 1. Refund Methods (1) Those who paid through Payment Gateways - A partial refund will be processed using the payment method (Payment Gateways) you used at the time of purchase. - Refund issuance date: January 22, 2026 - January 23, 2026 (KST) - The refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method. (2) Those who paid with Weverse Shop Cash - If you purchased your Membership using Weverse Shop Cash, a partial refund will be calculated and processed based on the amount used at the time of payment. - Refund issuance date: January 22, 2026 - January 23, 2026 (KST) 1-1. Those who failed to receive a refund (Refund failure via Payment Gateways) - There will be a channel to report a refund failure if you do not receive the refund even after the refund issuance date. - On the refund failure report page, please choose either cash or Weverse Shop Cash as your preferred refund method and submit your request. - Refund failure report period: Starting upon receipt of email notification through March 21, 2026, 11:59 PM. (KST) - Personal information may be required in some cases. 2. Please Note - When reporting a refund failure, your refunds may be delayed or unavailable if you provide incorrect personal information or fail to submit the report due to your own negligence. Please make sure to provide accurate information within the period. - Failure reports will be accepted and considered eligible for a refund only after the refund failure report period starts. - Additional failure reports will NOT be accepted after the period ends; if you fail to claim a failed refund, you may receive your refund in Weverse Shop Cash to the Weverse Account you used to purchase the Membership. - The amount of Weverse Shop Cash will be based on the currency exchange rates applied to Weverse Shop at the time you made the payment. - Weverse Shop Cash cannot be converted into real cash. - Any international remittance fees incurred during overseas transfers will not be charged to the recipient. - Refunds are unavailable for Weverse accounts deleted before the refund issuance date. 2. BoA Digital Membership End of Service We regret to inform you that the BoA Digital Membership service is scheduled to be terminated. Please find more details below. Termination Date/Time - January 22, 2026, 2:00:00 PM (KST) - You cannot use any Digital Membership services after the service termination date. Refund Eligibility - Those whose Digital Membership subscription status was valid and active as of January 1, 2026, 00:00:00 AM (KST). Refund Amount Details - For those who subscribed to the Digital Membership after January 1, 2026, 00:00 AM, the full amount will be refunded. - For those who subscribed to the Digital Membership before January 1, 2026, 00:00 AM, the refund amount will be the daily rate multiplied by the remaining period (in days). Please Note - The refunded Jelly can be used when purchasing paid products within the Weverse app. - Your existing Digital Membership subscription will be automatically canceled upon service termination.
