Only the raffle winner may participate in the event. 8. The raffle cannot be participated in by someone else, and the raffle winnings cannot be received by someone else, transferred to another person, or sold. (If such activity is detected, you will be disqualified from participating.) 9. If you apply for the event through an application agency site other than Weverse Shop, it will be considered as selling/buying the winning ticket and your winnings may be cancelled. Please be especially careful, as Weverse Shop is not responsible for any losses, such as cancellation of winnings or financial fraud, that may occur from using application agency sites. 10. Albums purchased during the raffle period will be shipped in sequence after the raffle entry period ends, excluding one album needed to participate in the fansign event. 2. One of the albums you purchased will be autographed for the fansign event, and the autograph will be on a designated page within the album. By entering the raffle, you have agreed to the album being unsealed for the autograph. * If the raffle winner cannot participate in the event, the autographed album will be delivered to the address submitted at the time of purchase. 3. Autographed albums for winners will be shipped within two weeks after the video call fansign event ends. If any shipping issues arise due to user error (e.g., incorrect name/address/phone number), refusal to pay customs fees, or recipient absence/refusal, the additional cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Weverse reserves the right to issue a refund at its discretion when delivery is not possible due to customer-related reasons. * Please note that the shipping schedule of the autographed album may be delayed due to weather conditions. 4. Please prepare your valid photo ID in advance. ※ What is a valid photo ID? - South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App) - Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration) * Other IDs (e.g. student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed. * Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app during the identity verification. * The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied. * All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid. * If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted. * If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID. * An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office. * If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID, such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document that seems dubious or forged will not be accepted. * For customers who entered the raffle with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they entered the raffle with.
