Please note that CORTIS can only accept your heartfelt letters. We are unable to accept any other forms of gifts, including support items. We appreciate your generous understanding. ♥ How to Send Fan Letters to our PO Box ♥ ▶Address Logistics & Storage PO Box #2508, Unit 201, Donghwa Building, 4 Wangsan-ro, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea ▶Postal Code 02582 ▶Recipient CORTIS member name ▶Important Information 1) Only paper letters enclosed in a standard-sized envelope (or a regular letter envelope) will be accepted. 2) Any items sent in a different format will be considered unauthorized gifts and may be returned or disposed of without prior notice. E.g., Letters written in notebooks, or contained in small boxes, CDs, USB drives, etc., cannot be delivered. 3) Both regular and registered mail are acceptable. 4) The PO Box address is exclusively for receiving fan mail. Please refrain from visiting the location or engaging in any activities that may disrupt the facility's operations. 5) BIGHIT MUSIC office building is a workspace for our employees. Visits are strictly prohibited. Any gifts or fan letters left at the company will be immediately disposed of upon discovery. 6) In addition to postal delivery, you may give letters to the CORTIS fan club manager at open music shows.
