Submission times will be based on server time. • This busking event is being held for content filming purposes, and entry numbers between 1–200 will be assigned randomly on-site after participant verification is completed. • Each person may apply only once. After clicking the “Apply” button, modifications and reapplications will not be possible. Please make sure to check both the activation time and your submission time carefully. ⚠️ [Important Notices] • Filming will take place during this event, and all attendees are considered to have agreed to the use of their portrait rights upon entry. • As this event will be held in an outdoor area within the hotel premises, participation capacity is limited due to safety regulations and venue capacity restrictions. The event is expected to accommodate approximately 200 attendees in total, including 100 members of ‘BAWIGE 1st Generation’ and around 100 Jeju residents. • Participation for Jeju residents will be recruited and managed through upcoming content in collaboration with Trip.com. On-site verification procedures may be conducted to confirm Jeju residency status, and entry may be restricted if verification cannot be completed. • This event is a busking content project held in Jeju with local residents through the support of Trip.com. As the event takes place in an outdoor hotel venue, the number of attendees and viewing operation methods may be adjusted depending on on-site safety conditions and venue capacity. [Required Items for On-site Participation] 1. Weverse event winning confirmation (Only the in-app event page will be accepted. Screenshots will not be accepted.) 2. Valid ID Verification • Accepted forms of identification * A physical ID containing the winner’s photo, full name, and date of birth is required for identity verification. * Foreign nationals (non-Korean citizens): Passport, Alien Registration Card (ARC) ※ Entry will only be permitted after verification if all required documents are presented. • Entry procedures for selected participants on the event day are as follows: - Visit the identity verification booth (from 12:00 PM) - Receive an entry wristband after identity verification - Enter the venue after wristband confirmation • Entry order will be randomly assigned on-site after identity verification. • Queueing for entry will begin 2 hours before the performance according to assigned entry numbers, and sequential entry will begin 1 hour before the performance. • Lost or damaged wristbands cannot be reissued, and entry may be restricted. • All professional filming equipment, filming accessories, and tripods other than smartphones are strictly prohibited. If prohibited items are found, immediate removal from the venue may occur without prior warning. • Real-time streaming, full-version filming, and uploads are restricted. Content deletion requests or sanctions may be imposed if issues arise. • Occupying positions or filming in ways that interfere with other attendees’ viewing experience or official filming may result in restrictions at the discretion of on-site staff. • The use of umbrellas, picnic mats, and seat cushions may be restricted, and depending on on-site conditions, attendees may be asked to sit on the grass during the event. • Any lines formed outside of the routes and queue lines designated by the operation staff will not be recognized and may be dispersed depending on on-site conditions. • For safety reasons, if any hazardous behavior or risk factors are identified outside designated viewing areas, restrictions on viewing/filming or relocation requests may be enforced. Failure to comply with operational guidelines may result in removal from the venue without prior notice. [Penalty & Participation Policy] • Failure to attend scheduled events: Participation in future QWER fan schedules and events may be restricted for a certain period of time. • Unauthorized transfer or acquisition of participation rights: Applications for QWER schedules and fan club pre-sale benefits will be restricted for 6 months. • If violations of fan club regulations or fan etiquette are identified at official or unofficial schedules, fan club benefits for the relevant member may be restricted depending on the severity of the case.
