Hello, This is YH ENTERTAINMENT. We sincerely thank all fans for your continued support of AND2BLE, and would like to provide the following notice regarding fan etiquette. This guideline is intended to ensure the safety of both the artist and fans, and to foster a healthy fan culture. We kindly ask for your full understanding and active cooperation after carefully reviewing the following matters. 1. Prohibition on Visiting Private Spaces and Undisclosed Schedules - Please refrain from visiting or waiting at any undisclosed schedules not announced through AND2BLE’s official community, as well as any private spaces of the artist (including accommodations, company premises, salons, hotels, gyms, family homes, etc.). Engaging in behaviors such as following the artist’s movement routes or attempting to initiate conversations is strictly prohibited. 2. Prohibition on Photography, Video Recording, or Audio Recording in Unauthorized Areas - Photography, video recording, audio recording, and live streaming are strictly prohibited in locations where such activities are not permitted, including public broadcasts with designated fan club seating. -Areas where filming is not permitted include: private spaces (accommodations, salons, gyms, hotels, etc.), inside broadcasting stations, within airports, and concert venues where no prior notice permitting filming has been provided. *If found in violation, all recorded materials may be required to be deleted, and you may be subject to removal from the premises. The company will not be held responsible for any damage to or loss of equipment that may occur during confiscation or removal procedures. 3. Guidelines for Artist Arrivals and Departures - Approaching the artist’s vehicle excessively during arrivals or departures, or filming inside the vehicle while it is stopped, is strictly prohibited. - Throwing or placing letters or gifts into the vehicle is not allowed. - Closely following the artist’s vehicle, obstructing its path, or pursuing it using taxis or private vehicles is strictly prohibited. *Parking areas have frequent vehicle movement. Disorderly behavior, including excessive filming or unilateral demands, may pose serious safety risks to the artist, fans, and all pedestrians. We kindly ask for your cooperation in refraining from such actions. 4. Prohibition on Contacting the Artist’s Family and Acquaintances - Any form of personal contact with the artist’s or members’ family members or acquaintances, including delivering gifts or letters, or approaching them for personal gain, is strictly prohibited. - Attempting direct or indirect contact through social media or personal contact information is also prohibited. 5. Guidelines for Airport Use by the Artist - Airports are public spaces used by many. Please refrain from any behavior that may inconvenience other passengers, including excessive physical contact, one-sided attempts at conversation, attempts to deliver gifts or letters, and indiscriminate filming. - The use of improperly obtained information to take the same flight as the artist, approach their seat, or track their movement routes during arrival or departure is strictly prohibited. - Indiscriminate photography and video recording are not permitted within any airport facilities, including aircraft cabins, lounges, duty-free shops, security checkpoints, immigration areas, baggage claim areas, and other restricted zones. Please also refrain from closely following the artist’s movement routes. 6. Other Inappropriate Conduct - Impersonating others for the purpose of fan activities (including transferring identification, using or forging documents, or transferring fan club seating) is strictly prohibited. - Please refrain from interfering with the duties of the artist’s staff, domestic and international security teams, or other related personnel, or from failing to comply with their requests for cooperation. - Any acts that pose physical or psychological threats to the artist, staff, or security personnel, as well as the use of abusive or offensive language, are strictly prohibited. - During scheduled events, please refrain from making excessive noise or shouting personal comments or chants that may disturb others or other fan club members. - If a violation is deemed to constitute unlawful conduct, civil and/or criminal legal action may be taken. - Even if not explicitly stated in this notice, any behavior deemed by on-site staff to pose a safety risk may result in a warning. - The delivery of fan letters is strictly prohibited at all artist schedules, as well as along arrival and departure routes and all movement paths. Please refer to the notice below for further details regarding fan letters. > Fan Letter Guidelines These fan etiquette guidelines apply equally to all individuals, regardless of membership status. Violations will result in permanent exclusion from participation lists for all official schedules (including concerts, public broadcasts, fan signing events, etc.). Please note that in the event of a violation of these guidelines, penalties may be imposed without prior notice. Even in situations not explicitly stated, warnings and sanctions may be issued at the discretion of on-site staff.
