Autographs will only be signed on the photobooks of the eligible album versions (Unnatural ver. / Gazed ver. / Break ver.). Signatures are not permitted on photocards, other album inclusions, or personal belongings. Any unauthorized items may be restricted by staff and subject to confiscation on site. 2. You may freely take photos and record videos from your assigned seat. Moving to another seat or setting up equipment elsewhere in the venue is strictly prohibited. Please follow staff instructions at all times. Any disputes with staff may result in being escorted out. 3. Recording audio or video while queuing or receiving your autograph is strictly prohibited. If you are found using or in possession of recording-capable devices such as mobile phones, Bluetooth earbuds, or smartwatches during the signing, any stored data or recordings may be confiscated or deleted, and you may be immediately removed from the venue. 4. Fans may ask one post-it question per member. Questions must be formatted as multiple-choice (up to three options) or short-answer. Requests for drawings or lengthy written responses are not permitted. Staff reserve the right to confiscate post-its or request revisions for inappropriate questions. 5. Inappropriate demands, personal questions, or misleading prompts directed at the artists are prohibited. Anyone using profanity, making offensive remarks, or requesting extras like “P.S.” messages or drawings will be escorted out by staff members. 6. Direct physical contact with the artists is not allowed. This includes touching their hands, attaching stickers to them, or drawing on them. The “To.” name must be written in Korean or English and cannot include nicknames, modifiers, or postscripts. Staff may ask you to correct the name on site. 7. Anyone caught engaging in fraudulent activities, such as transferring wristbands or tickets, or using forged IDs, will be removed immediately and permanently banned from all future events. 8. Only fan letters may be handed directly to the artists. If you are unable to hand your letter to them directly, please give it to the on-site staff. 9. Any photo props prepared for the artists must be placed in the designated member boxes provided at the venue. Please note that props may not be used depending on the situation. All items must be retrieved after the event concludes. 10. A valid physical ID is required for identity verification to participate. * Accepted IDs must be issued by a government authority and include a recognizable facial photo and your date of birth. • Resident Registration Card • Driver’s License • Valid Passport • Mobile ID (Government 24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety, National Police Agency, PASS app, Kookmin Wallet) • Youth Card (issued by community centers) *Student IDs are not accepted for verification. • Residence Card (for foreign residents in Korea) * Photos, printed copies, and screenshots of IDs are invalid. Mobile IDs must be verified live through the official app. * Your ID must perfectly match your event application details. You will be denied entry if your name, photo, and date of birth cannot be verified on a physical ID, or if the details do not match. * South Korean citizens must present an ID issued by a public institution head that clearly displays their name, photo, and a 6- or 8-digit date of birth. * Damaged IDs, IDs missing a photo or birthdate, and IDs where the photo does not clearly match the attendee will not be accepted. * Foreign nationals must ensure their application details match the English/Romanized name on their passport or Residence Card. If you applied using characters other than the English alphabet and your name cannot be verified against the English/Romanized name on your documents, staff may require additional verification on site. * If you have legally changed your name, you must bring your official name change certificate. * Unlisted IDs like student cards or professional certificates are not accepted.
