AND2BLE 1st Mini Album [Sequence 01: Curiosity] POP-UP STORE operates on an online reservation-only basis for all sessions, and reservations can be made through Naver. For more details, please refer to the Naver Reservation page via the QR code to be uploaded later. 2. Pre-Reservation & Entry Guidelines - Reservation Opening Schedule : May 15, 2026 (Fri) 12:00 PM ~ (KST) - Each Naver ID may make up to two reservations. Entry is limited to the person who made the reservation, and accompanying guests are not permitted. - If you need to change your reservation date or time, please cancel your reservation within the cancellation period and make a new reservation. - Check-in is available until 10 minutes before the end of your reserved session. After this time, check-in and entry will not be permitted. ※ For reservations for the 1st session, check-in and entry are available from 10:30 AM to 11:20 AM. - Entry is permitted only during your reserved session, and re-entry after exit will not be permitted. - OFFICIAL MD purchases are available only to customers with confirmed reservations. 3. ID Verification Guidelines - Entry will be denied if you are not the person who made the reservation. Please make sure to read the guidelines on the reservation page before booking. - To verify your identity on the day of your visit, you must present your physical ID (including your date of birth and photo) along with your reservation page (screenshots are NOT accepted). [Product Purchase Guidelines & Important Information] 1. A maximum of 3 items per product may be purchased per person. (For option-based products, up to 5 items may be purchased per option, and up to 20 random trading cards may be purchased.) 2. Information regarding product availability, sold-out items, and real-time on-site updates for the pop-up store will be available through the Notion link to be announced later. 3. Images are provided for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual products 4. All products are available in limited quantities and may sell out early once stock is depleted. 5. All transactions will be processed in Korean Won (KRW, ₩). 6. Both cash and credit card payments are accepted; however, some cards may be restricted depending on the card issuer’s policy. (Use of cards not under the purchaser’s name may also be restricted.) 7. Both gift certificates and Hyundai Department Store cards may be used for purchases at this pop-up store. 8. Disposable plastic shopping bags will not be provided on-site. Only reusable bags will be available for purchase, so visitors are encouraged to bring their own shopping bags or carriers. 9. If a purchased product is defective, exchanges and refunds are available only upon presentation of an unboxing video recorded on the day of purchase. Please check products for defects immediately upon receipt at the venue. 10. Exchanges and refunds will not be available after the pop-up store has ended. 11. Issues related to incorrect transactions or missing items may only be resolved on the day of purchase upon verification of the receipt at the venue. [Exchange & Refund Policy] 1. Exchanges and refunds are available only at the POP-UP STORE during the operating period. 2. If you request an exchange due to a defective product and the item is sold out, exchange with the same product will not be possible and a refund will be provided instead. However, refunds will not be available after the POP-UP STORE operating period has ended. 4. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, and any promotional gifts received at the time of purchase must be returned. 5.
