If you were included in the participant list after application but do not participate in the event, either 1 or 2, you will receive a penalty. (This does not apply to standby guests) Only those who can attend both pre-recording should apply. Please access the application form, fill out your personal information, and consent to the collection and use of personal information in advance to ensure your application is submitted within the application window. * You will not be able to make changes to your application form after you hit “Apply,” so please proceed with the application in time. * The winners will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis based on applications submitted starting from 19:00 PM (KST). ▶ Winner Announcement * After 20:00 PM, Friday, June 23, 2023 (KST) ▶ Eligibility * Only those who signed up for &TEAM Weverse Membership and purchased more than one &TEAM 2nd EP (any version) from Weverse Shop (Global or Japan) are eligible to apply. * You must satisfy both conditions above to apply and participate in the open music show. * You must be 15 years of age or older to participate in the event. (Born before June 26, 2008) 👉 What to Bring to the Event * In case you manage to bring the missing item before you receive an admission number, you will be able to get your materials verified, but will enter as “late” and be given a number behind the regular participants. (Possibility of late entry will depend on on-site circumstances.) ①ID card (must include a recognizable photo) * Your ID should match the information you used in the application for the open music show, and you must bring a physical ID containing your name, date of birth, and a photo for verification. Photographs, printouts, or mobile screenshots will not be accepted. (ex.) Name on ID: 루네 -> Name on Application: 루네 (O) / LUNÉ (X) Name on ID: LUNÉ -> Name on Application: LUNÉ (O) / 루네 (X) - For Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers) For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Residence Card * Only physical IDs that have not expired will be considered as valid forms of ID. * An ID of a Korean nationality holder must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and full name and must be issued by the head of a public agency. - Identity verification will not be possible with an expired ID or a student ID. - Your ID cannot be used to verify your identity if the photograph is not your photograph, or cannot be easily recognized due to damage. -We do not accept a screenshot of your mobile ID. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. - An application certificate must have a seal of the head of the agency between pages, and personal information, including the photo, issue number, and expiry date, must be covered with clear tape. Any ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. - For those who signed up at JP Shop, if you signed up in a language other than English and thus cannot verify with your English name on your passport, we may ask on-site for an additional ID card that shows your picture and your name in that language. We ask you to prepare in advance and appreciate your cooperation. ② Official Light Stick ✔ On-Site Precautions *In the case you win but do not show up, you will not be able to participate in an open music show event throughout the whole promotions period for 2nd EP "First Howling: WE." * The use of personal fan items (such as banners, slogans, mobile phone display apps, dolls, fans, etc.) other than those provided at the &TEAM’s open music show is prohibited. * Any application made using unauthorized programs, applications by proxy through payment, application by a third party individual, transfer and receipt of an entry number and any other unauthorized activities will result in a void of the entry number without exception, and anyone found to engage in such activities will be denied entry to the open music show as well as be subject to all sanctions that apply to open music show no-shows. * If you are assigned to a fan club seat, you are prohibited from leaving the seat at your own accord. * Taking photographs or videos or making audio recordings are strictly prohibited inside the studio where the open music show is held. All devices capable of taking video or audio recordings are strictly prohibited from being brought into the venue. If you are discovered taking photos or videos or making audio recordings at the open music show venue, you may be subject to sanctions such as being denied entry to the fan club seats by the authority of the broadcasting company’s security team or staff. This is to ensure everyone’s safety and a pleasant viewing experience during the open music show. We ask for your cooperation and understanding. ** If such an attempt is discovered, you will be asked to leave the venue immediately, and the photos, videos, or audio recordings will be deleted on-site. We hold no responsibility for any devices damaged while you are being escorted out. ** If you are discovered engaging in such activities, you will be banned from participating in any future open music shows. * Actions such as running to the vehicle of &TEAM members arriving or leaving are extremely dangerous. If you are discovered engaging in such behaviors, you will be banned from participating in any future open music shows. We ask for your kind consideration and cooperation to ensure the safety of both LUNÉ and &TEAM. * If you were included in the participant list after application but do not participate in the open music show, you will receive a penalty (not applicable to waitlisted). * If you fail to arrive on time for the roll call or miss your turn because you have queued in the wrong order, you will be marked late and will be assigned a number behind the regular participants. * In case you are discovered to be a fan of another artist, you may be banned from participating in the open music show and your fan club activities may be adversely affected. * You can deliver your letters to the &TEAM members through the staff during the admission verification process at the open music show. Any gift other than letters cannot be handed over. ✔ Additional Precautions * We are not responsible for page access issues caused by network problems. * Posting a screenshot of your application on social media may result in misuse of the information. Please do not share screenshots of your application with other people. (Any reports of such activities will lead to sanctions for the applicant.) * Please note that you cannot participate if you do not consent to the collection and use of personal information and the provision of personal information to third parties during the event application. ※ Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Information Collecting Agent: Weverse Company Inc. Provided Items: Name (first and last), date of birth, mobile phone number Period of Retention and Use: From the moment of application until within seven days after the termination of the fan event. However, the personal information of applicants not selected for the event will be discarded immediately after the results have been announced. You have the right to deny consent. However, you may be restricted from using the above service should you do so.
