We are pleased to share the following information on how to participate in the &TEAM Debut SHOWCASE “Back to Life.” We ask that you carefully read the notice before joining so that all LUNÉ can enjoy the performance in a safe and pleasant manner. ▶ &TEAM Debut SHOWCASE “Back to Life” * Date and Time: 8 pm, Tuesday, October 28, 2025 (KST) * Location: SOL Travel Hall, Blue Square * Number of LUNÉ Membership (GL) Participants: 250 people (selected through a raffle) ▶ How to Participate * Application Period: From 2 pm, Friday, September 26 to 11:59 pm, Tuesday, September 30, 2025 (KST) 👉 Application Link ▶ Winner Announcement * After 4 pm, Thursday, October 2, 2025 (KST) ▶ Eligibility * Only those who signed up for &TEAM OFFICIAL FANCLUB LUNÉ MEMBERSHIP (GL) and purchased &TEAM KR 1st Mini Album “Back to Life” (at least 1 of the following: BREATH ver. / GAZE ver. / ROAR ver.) from Weverse Shop (with Korean shipping) are eligible to apply. - Weverse Albums ver. / Mini CD-R ver. excluded * You must satisfy both conditions above to apply and participate in the showcase. * If you are not a LUNÉ Membership (GL) holder at the time of identity verification on the day of the event, you may be refused admission. * If you cancel all purchases of Weverse Shop products that you made to participate in the event, your event application will be automatically cancelled. If you wish to participate in the event, please repurchase the eligible products and then reapply. (E.g., if you cancel only one order out of two total orders for eligible products, your application status will remain the same. If you cancel both orders, your event application will be canceled.) * After the winner announcement, orders for products eligible for this event cannot be canceled or refunded. * Even once the application period is over, you can still request cancellation or refund of the event products before the winners are announced. However, if you request cancellation or refund and later win the event, your win may be invalidated. 👉 What to Bring to the Event ① ID card (must include a recognizable photo) 1) Your ID should match the information you used in the application, and you must bring a physical ID containing your name, date of birth, and a photo. Photographs, printouts, or mobile screenshots will not be accepted. (Example) Name on ID: 루네 -> Name on application: 루네 (O) / LUNÉ (X) Name on ID: LUNÉ -> Name on application: LUNÉ (O) / 루네 (X) - For Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers) For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Residence Card 2) Only physical IDs that have not expired will be accepted as valid forms of identification. 3) Korean IDs must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), full name, and must be issued by the head of a public agency. 4) We do not accept student or expired IDs. 5) Your ID cannot be used to verify your identity if the photograph is not your photograph or cannot be easily recognized due to damage. 6) We do not accept a screenshot of your mobile ID. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. 7) An application certificate must have a seal of the head of agency, and personal information, including the photo, personal information, issue number, and expiry date, must be covered with clear tape. An ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. 8) While verifying your identity, we may request additional verification, such as asking questions, to prevent cases of ticket transference or ID forgery. ② Official Light Stick ◈ Important Information for Participants 1) Multiple applications will be disqualified from participation. 2) Please note that the entry methods above apply only to “in-person” participation. 3) This event is exclusively for individuals aged 14 or older who are eligible to sign up for a LUNÉ Membership (GL). 4) We are not responsible for any issues accessing the page caused by network problems. 5) Posting a screenshot of your application on your social media and other platforms is discouraged, as it may lead to misuse of the information. Please do not share such a screenshot with anyone. (Any reports of such activities will lead to sanctions for the applicant.) 6) Please note that you cannot participate if you do not consent to the collection and use of personal information and the provision of personal information to third parties during the event application. ※ Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Information Collecting Agent: Weverse Company Inc. However, information of the applicants not selected for the event will be discarded immediately after the results have been announced. * You have the right to deny consent at the time of application. However, you may be restricted from using the above services should you do so. ※ Agreement to international transfer of personal information Personal information collected by : WEVERSE JAPAN Inc. Recipient country : Japan Time and method of transfer : Encrypted file transfer after the event ends Purpose of collecting and using personal information :For identifying the eligibility to apply for an event reserved for &TEAM Weverse LUNÉ Membership holders and verifying identity during the event and operation of the event Personal information collected and used : Raffle winner’s email (Weverse ID), name (first and last name), date of birth, and mobile phone number Duration of keeping and using personal information : From the moment of application until within 30 days after the termination of the fan event. However, information of the applicants not selected for the event will be discarded immediately after the results have been announced. * If you do not consent to the international transfer, you can access your Weverse Account and delete your account (https://account.weverse.io), or request the suspension of the processing of personal information through the departments responsible for handling personal information and/or customer complaints. * This notice may be subject to change or update depending on on-site circumstances. * We do not take responsibility for any disadvantages caused by failure to check this notice.
