[Operating Schedule] Operating Period: From Tuesday, October 28 to Tuesday, November 4, 2025 Operating Hours: From 10:30 am to 8:30 pm (KST) Location: 97-1 Yeonmujang-gil, Seongdong-gu, Seoul [Entry Information] 1. You can enter the &TEAM <Back to Life> POP-UP without making a prior reservation. Register on the on-site queuing system, and enter once it’s your turn. - Those who have already registered for entry may not be able to enter depending on the number of guests in the queue, and entry registration may close early depending on on-site circumstances. - Please refrain from waiting early to prevent congestion at the site. For smooth operations, please comply with the guidance of the on-site staff. 2. You will be able to spend up to one hour at the POP-UP store. Please adhere to the time limit to allow the next visitors to enter. 3. It will be considered a no-show if you don’t show up after 20 minutes have passed since you were called for entry, and you cannot enter. Please make sure you visit on time. 4. Re-entry is not allowed once you exit. Please re-register in the queuing system if you would like to visit again. 5. If you are visiting only for an exchange/refund of a product or an album, please inform the staff of the purpose of your visit, and they will guide you in. [Making Your Purchase and Precautions] 1. The purchase limit for each product can be checked on-site and is subject to change depending on availability. - Payment may be denied or canceled if it exceeds the purchase limit. 2. All products may sell out early. 3. All raffle events may end early once the prizes are out of stock. 4. Shopping bags are available for customers who purchase products at an additional cost. Otherwise, it cannot be purchased separately. 5. We only accept credit cards and Samsung Pay. (No cash payment.) 6. Albums and merchandise must be paid for at separate counters. 7. Please note that the purchase/exchange/refund policies for albums differ from those for merchandise. 8. These official products are only available through official channels, including POP-UP stores and Weverse Shop. Please be careful not to use or visit unauthorized or illegal retailers that infringe upon the artists’ rights, or purchase counterfeit products. [Merchandise Exchanges and Refunds] 1. For exchanges and refunds, please visit the POP-UP store with the product, receipt, and method of payment within 14 days of making the purchase. 2. During the operating period, exchanges and refunds are available only at the POP-UP store. 3. After the operating period, refunds will not be available regardless of the 14-day purchase policy. 4. If the product you wish to exchange due to a defect is sold out, it cannot be exchanged for the same product, and a refund will be issued. 6. Refunds or exchanges will be denied in the following cases: - The gifts provided upon purchase are not returned or are damaged - The product has sustained damage, such as damaged or missing product tags, labels, packaging, etc., caused by the customer - The product shows signs of use, such as contamination, body or perfume odor, signs of being washed, or opened/damaged packaging - The product has sustained damage to its value to such an extent that it cannot be resold, including damage to the packaging - “Random” products can only be exchanged if they are defective. [Album Exchanges and Refunds] 1. Album purchases that are not picked up during the on-site pickup period will be automatically canceled and refunded within three business days. 2. Refunds are only available at the POP-UP store during the operating period. In case of exchange for defective items, exchange is possible within 14 days from the order date after checking the Weverse order details. (You will receive a refund if the item is sold out.) 3. If the item to be exchanged for is out of stock, a refund may be issued. In the case of an exchange, the special gift provided will contain an image of the same member. (Gift selection is not possible.) 4. Defective unreleased photo cards provided with an album can only be exchanged on-site, so please check your photo card for defects upon receiving it. [POP-UP Events] 1. Listening Zone with the Artist - In the Listening Zone within the POP-UP, you can listen to highlights from the album and special voice messages from the members of &TEAM. 2. &TEAM Special ID Card Giveaway - Customers who make a merchandise or album purchase at the POP-UP will receive a special ID card featuring &TEAM members’ autographs and handwritten messages, given out randomly. (One card will be provided randomly from a total of nine types, one for each member) - Only one card will be provided per person regardless of the purchase amount. It can be collected at the cashier desk when making a merchandise or album purchase. - The cards are randomly provided, and they cannot be exchanged or selected for a particular member. 3. Photo Card Giveaway - Customers who purchase merchandise worth KRW 50,000 or more will receive a photo card. (One random photo card out of nine types, album purchase amount not included) - Photo cards will be given according to the purchase amount. (For example, if you spend KRW 120,000, you will receive two random photo cards. If you spend KRW 150,000, you will receive three random photo cards.) - Random photo cards will be provided at the cashier’s desk upon purchase. - The cards are randomly provided, and they cannot be exchanged or selected for a particular member. - This event is valid in conjunction with the &TEAM Special ID Card Giveaway. 4. Free Photo Booth - Customers who purchase merchandise worth KRW 70,000 or more will receive one free photo booth usage. (Album purchase amount not included.) - Multiple use based on the purchase amount is not allowed, and each person may use the booth once. - Usage is only permitted in the photo booth installed within the POP-UP, and is limited to eligible customers. - This event is valid in conjunction with the &TEAM Special ID Card Giveaway and Photo Card Giveaway. - Photo booth usage is only possible on the day of purchase. 5. (Random), you will receive one random unreleased selfie photo card (randomly selected out of nine types) - If you purchase KR 1st Mini Album “Back to Life” - ROAR ver. (Set), you will receive a set of nine unreleased selfie photo cards - Please note that the unreleased selfie photo cards provided for each album version are exclusive to on-site pickup. 7. Important Information for Participating in the Event - All events held at the POP-UP may conclude early once the gifts are out of stock. - Gifts can only be provided on the day of purchase. - Splitting receipts for multiple event participation or combining receipts is not permitted. We may take photos or videos inside and around the POP-UP store, in which customers may be included, and the results may be uploaded on HYBE’s official channels, social media pages, media, etc. 5. Parking is not available in the building. Please use other parking lots or public transportation. We do not offer separate parking assistance. 6. Please do not line up overnight. We cannot guarantee your safety during night hours, and any lines may be asked to disperse.
