We ask that you carefully read the notice before joining so that all LUNÉ can enjoy the performance in a safe and pleasant manner. ▶ &TEAM “Back to Life” LUNÉ MINI FANMEETING * Date and Time: Sunday, November 30, 2025 * Location: Somewhere in Tokyo * Number of LUNÉ Membership (GL) Participants: 200 people (selected through a raffle) ▶ How to Participate * Application Period: From 12 pm, Tuesday, November 11 to 11:59 pm, Sunday, November 16, 2025 (KST) 👉 Application Link ▶ Winner Announcement * After 2 pm, Thursday, November 20, 2025 (KST) ▶ Eligibility * Only those who signed up for &TEAM OFFICIAL FANCLUB LUNÉ MEMBERSHIP (GL) and purchased &TEAM KR 1st Album “Back to Life” (at least 1 out of BREATH ver. / GAZE ver. / ROAR ver.) from Weverse Shop (with Korean shipping) are eligible to apply. - Weverse Albums ver. / Mini CD-R ver. excluded Eligible Album Purchase Period: From 12 pm, Thursday, September 4 to 11:59 pm, Sunday, November 16, 2025 (KST) * You must satisfy both conditions above to apply and participate in the mini fan meeting. * If you are not a LUNÉ Membership (GL) holder at the time of identity verification on the day of the event, you may be refused admission. * If you cancel all purchases of Weverse Shop products that you made to participate in the event, your event application will be automatically canceled. If you wish to participate in the event, please repurchase the eligible products and then reapply. (E.g., if you cancel only one order out of two total orders for eligible products, your application status will remain the same. If you cancel both orders, your event application will be canceled.) * After the winner announcement, orders for products eligible for this event cannot be canceled or refunded. * Even once the application period is over, you can still request cancellation or refund of the event products before the winners are announced. However, if you request cancellation or refund, your event win may be invalidated. ▶ Important Information on Applying * You can submit multiple LUNÉ Membership applications for the &TEAM “Back to Life” LUNÉ MINI FANMEETING, but you cannot win multiple times. (LUNÉ Membership application link) * You can apply for both this event and the &TEAM “Back to Life” FAN SHOWCASE, and it is possible to win both. * This event differs in content and timing from the &TEAM “Back to Life” FAN SHOWCASE, scheduled for the same day. * Please only apply if you can attend on the day of the event. [What to Bring to the Event] ① ID (Only passports are accepted) As this is an event held in Japan, all participants will be required to bring their passports for identification. ◈ Important Information for Participants 1) Multiple applications will be disqualified for participation. 2) Please note that the entry methods above apply only to “in-person” participation for the MINI FANMEETING. 3) This event is exclusively for individuals aged 14 or older who are eligible to sign up for a LUNÉ Membership (GL). 4) We are not responsible for any issues accessing the page caused by network problems. 5) Posting a screenshot of your application on your social media and other platforms is discouraged, as it may lead to misuse of the information. Please do not share such a screenshot with anyone. However, information of the applicants not selected for the event will be discarded immediately after the results have been announced. * You have the right to deny consent at the time of application. However, you may be restricted from using the above services should you do so. ※ Consent to International Transfer of Personal Information * Personal Information Collected by: Weverse Japan Inc. * Recipient Country: Japan * Time and Method of Transfer: Encrypted file transfer after the event ends * Purpose of Provision: For identifying the eligibility to apply for an event reserved for &TEAM Weverse LUNÉ Membership (GL) holders and verifying identity during the event and operation of the event * Information Provided: Winner’s email address (Weverse account ID), name (first and last), date of birth, mobile phone number * Period of Retention and Use: From the moment of application until within 30 days after the termination of the fan event. However, information of the applicants not selected for the event will be discarded immediately after the results have been announced. * The aforementioned items may be refused, but in such cases, services that require international transfer of personal information will be restricted. If you do not wish to have your information transferred overseas, you can withdraw your membership by accessing your Weverse account (https://account.weverse.io) or request the suspension of the processing of your personal information through the Personal Information Protection Officer or Personal Information Complaint Resolution Department. * This notice may be subject to change or update depending on on-site circumstances. * We do not take responsibility for any disadvantages caused by failure to check this notice.
