Please purchase the eligible product(s) and enter the raffle if you want to participate. (E.g., if you cancel only one out of two items you purchased for the event, your application will count / If you cancel both items, your application will be canceled.) * Cancellations and refunds of the items needed for the event will not be available after the winner's announcement. * Cancellations and refunds of the items needed for the event will be available after the application has closed, but before the winners are announced. However, if you cancel or apply for a refund and are picked for the event, your win may be nullified. 👉 What to Bring to the Event ① ID card (must include a recognizable photo) 1) Your ID should match the information you used in the application, and you must bring a physical ID containing your name, date of birth, and a photo. We do not accept photos, photocopies, or screenshots of your ID. (Example) Name on ID: 루네 -> Name on Application: 루네 (O) / LUNÉ (X) Name on ID: LUNÉ -> Name on Application: LUNÉ (O) / 루네 (X) - For Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers) For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Residence Card 2) Only physical IDs that have not expired will be considered as valid forms of ID. 3) Korean IDs must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), full name, and must be issued by the head of a public agency. 4) We do not accept student or expired IDs. 5) Your ID cannot be used to verify your identity if the photograph is not your photograph or cannot be easily recognized due to damage. 6) We do not accept a screenshot of your mobile ID. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. 7) An application certificate must have a seal of the head of an agency, and personal information, including the photo, issue number, and expiry date, must be covered with clear tape. An ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. 8) While verifying your identity, we may request additional verification, such as asking questions, to prevent cases of ticket transference or ID forgery. ② Official Light Stick ◈ Important Information for Participants * The ticket will be handed out during check-in, and seats will be given out at random within the allocated seating area. 1) Please note that the entry methods above apply only to “in-person” participation. 2) This event is exclusively for individuals aged 14 or older who are eligible to sign up for a LUNÉ Membership (GL). 3) We are not responsible for any issues accessing the page caused by network problems. 4) Posting a screenshot of your application on social media may lead to misuse of the information. Please do not share such a screenshot with anyone. (Any reports of such activities will lead to sanctions for the applicant.) 5) Failure to participate in the showcase after being selected from the LUNÉ Membership (GL) application will result in a penalty. (For example, not being permitted to participate in open music shows for the duration of the 3rd EP “We on Fire” promotional period.) 6) Please note that you cannot participate if you do not consent to the collection and use of personal information and the provision of personal information to third parties during the event application. ※ Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Information Collecting Agent: Weverse Company Inc. However, information of the applicants not selected for the event will be discarded within 7 days after the results have been announced. * You have the right to deny consent at the time of application. However, information of the applicants not selected for the event will be discarded within 7 days after the results have been announced. * Refusal of the aforementioned items is possible, which would result in restrictions on services requiring international transfer of personal information. If you do not wish to have your information transferred overseas, you can withdraw your membership by accessing your Weverse account (https://account.weverse.io) or request the suspension of the processing of your personal information through the Personal Information Protection Officer or Personal Information Complaint Resolution Department. * This notice may be subject to change or update depending on on-site circumstances. * We do not take responsibility for any disadvantages caused by failure to check this notice.
