This event win cannot be applied for, collected, or transferred by proxy, and reselling is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, you will be disqualified from participating. 7. If you apply for the event through an unauthorized third-party site rather than Weverse Shop, your entry will be considered a purchase of a resold win and may be canceled. When participating in this event, winners must bring a valid photo ID for verification purposes. Participation is strictly prohibited without a valid photo ID in person. 10. You must be 13 years old or older on the day of the event application to participate in the event. However, depending on the local laws and the Weverse Privacy Policy, individuals under the minimum required age (14 years old for South Korea, 13 years old for the United States, and 16 years old for all other countries/regions) as of the application date will be restricted from applying for the event, even if accompanied by a guardian. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app during the identity verification. * The information on the ID must be identical to the information submitted when applied. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the application, your participation will be denied. * All IDs must be presented physically and must not expire to be considered valid. * If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted. * If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID. * An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and a name. It must also be issued by the head of a government office. * If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID, such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document that seems dubious or forged will not be accepted. * For customers who applied for the event with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they applied with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff. * Further identity verification may be conducted using the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's mobile ID verification app if needed. During the verification process, no personal information will be stored within the app or on the device used by the host. [Winner Guidelines] 1. The order of participation will be based on the order announced on Event Entries page. (e.g., Winner No. 00) 2. You may be denied admission if you arrive after the event starts. Please arrive on time for the event. Please follow the guidelines of the staff for admission. 3. Changing seats in any way, or setting up cameras or tripods somewhere that's not your seat, is strictly prohibited. Please follow the instructions given by the staff. 4. Participants will enter and exit the photo booth individually to participate in the event. 5. Instant photos will be taken exclusively by event staff using cameras provided by the organizers. Participants are not permitted to use their own equipment or take their own photos and videos. 6. This is an event where a member and a participant will take a photo together. Please note that participants cannot request a photo of the member alone. 7. Photos will be limited to the single designated pose (wolf pose) specified below. No changes or additional requests to the designated pose will be permitted on-site. 8. Each participant is limited to one photo only. The instant photo will be inspected for quality, autographed by the member, and then handed over to the winner. (Please note that the artist will provide an autograph only, without a personalized name (To.).) 9. A single retake will be permitted only if the on-site staff determines there is a technical issue with the photo. In this case, the previously taken photo will be discarded on site. * Please note that variations in lighting, angle, or the unique printing characteristics of instant photos do not qualify as grounds for a retake. * Due to the nature of handwriting, the autograph may be slightly smudged. 10. For the safety of both artists and fans, please refrain from physical contact, yelling, or loud interruptions. Any participant displaying disrespectful behavior toward the artist or event staff will be escorted out and may be restricted from attending future activities. 11. Drinks and food are prohibited inside the venue, and hazardous items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, companion animals, flower bouquets, balloons, etc. are also restricted. 12. You’re not allowed to handover or use props for photography and videography for this event. 13. You can take photos and videos from your seat when the artist is on the stage. However, photography and recording are strictly prohibited while waiting to enter the photo booth or inside the photo booth. In such instances, any memory cards or recording files will be seized or deleted, and you will be immediately asked to leave. We are not responsible for any damage to the filming equipment, so we ask for your cooperation. 14. Live broadcasting is strictly prohibited at the event. If you're caught, all related materials will be confiscated or deleted, and you'll be asked to leave the venue immediately, regardless of whether you've had your turn in the event. 15. You can only give hand-written letters as your gift to the artist. Please note that the letters will be collected in a box or by a staff member before entering the venue, and cannot be directly handed to the artists. Any other gifts will not be accepted, including food. 16. Please be careful to keep your valuables safe during the event.
