Hello. This is your &TEAM fan club manager. We would like to let you know how to participate in the open music show for &TEAM3rd EP 'We on Fire' and provide some important information. We ask that you carefully read the notice before joining so that all LUNÉ can enjoy the performance in a safe and pleasant manner. ▶ Eligibility * Only those who signed up for &TEAM OFFICIAL FANCLUB LUNÉ MEMBERSHIP (GL) and purchased &TEAM 3rd EP 'We on Fire' (at least 2 out of LIMITED EDITION /STANDARD EDITION / SOLO EDITION ) from Weverse Shop (with Korean shipping) are eligible to apply. - [SHOWCASE] 3rd EP 'We on Fire' (with Korean shipping) / [OFFLINE FANSIGN] 3rd EP 'We on Fire' (with Korean shipping) entry album purchases are included * You must satisfy both conditions above to apply and participate in the showcase. ▶ How to Apply * The application page will open 10 minutes before the application period starts. Please access the application form, fill out your personal information, and consent to the collection and use of personal information in advance and submit your application within the designated time. ▶ What to Bring to the Event * Participants who are missing required items can have them verified if they bring them before receiving their entry number. After verification, they will be marked as late and will be assigned numbers behind the regular participants and waitlisted numbers (whether entry is allowed will be determined based on on-site circumstances). ① ID card (must include a recognizable photo) 1) Your ID should match the information you used in the application, and you must bring a physical ID containing your name, date of birth, and a photo. Photographs, printouts, or mobile screenshots will not be accepted. (Example) Name on ID: 루네 -> Name on Application: 루네 (O) / LUNÉ (X) Name on ID: LUNÉ -> Name on Application: LUNÉ (O) / 루네 (X) ID card (must include a recognizable photo) For Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS) For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Residence Card, Certificate of Domestic Residence Report for Overseas Koreans, Permanent Residence Card 2) Only physical IDs that have not expired will be accepted as valid forms of identification. 3) Korean IDs must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), full name, and must be issued by the head of a public agency. 4) We do not accept student IDs or expired IDs. 5) Your ID cannot be used to verify your identity if the photograph is not your photograph or cannot be easily recognized due to damage. 6) We do not accept a screenshot of your mobile ID. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. 7) An application certificate must have a seal of the head of agency, and personal information, including the photo, personal information, issue number, and expiry date, must be covered with clear tape. An ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. 8) While verifying your identity, we may request additional verification, such as asking questions, to prevent cases of ticket transference or ID forgery. ② Official Light Stick ◈ On-Site Precautions 1) The use of any personal fan items (such as banners, slogans, mobile phone display apps, dolls, fans, etc.) other than those separately provided at the &TEAM open music show is prohibited. 2) Any application made using unauthorized programs, applications by proxy through payment, application by a third party individual, transfer and receipt of an entry number, and any other unauthorized activities will result in a void of the entry number without exception, and anyone found to engage in such activities will be denied entry to the open music show as well as be subject to all sanctions that apply to open music show no-shows. 3) If you are assigned to a fan club seat, you are prohibited from leaving the seat of your own accord. 4) Photography, videography, and audio recording are strictly prohibited inside the venue during the recording. Photography, videography, or audio recording devices are not allowed inside the venue. If you are discovered taking photos or videos or making audio recordings at the open music show venue, you may be subject to sanctions such as being denied entry to the fan club seats by the authority of the broadcasting company’s security team or staff. This is to ensure everyone’s safety and a pleasant viewing experience during the open music show. We ask for your cooperation and understanding. ** If such an attempt is discovered, you will be asked to leave the venue immediately, and the photos, videos, or audio recordings will be deleted on-site. We hold no responsibility for any damage to devices during this process. * If you are discovered engaging in such activities, you will be banned from participating in future open music shows. 5) Actions such as running to the vehicle of &TEAM members arriving or leaving are extremely dangerous. If you are discovered engaging in such behaviors, you will be banned from participating in any future open music shows. We ask for your kind consideration and cooperation to ensure the safety of both LUNÉ and &TEAM. 6) If you were included in the participant list after application but do not participate in the open music show, you will receive a penalty. (For example, not being permitted to participate in open music shows for the duration of the 3rd EP 'We on Fire' promotional period.) Waitlisted participants are exempt from such penalties. 7) If you do not arrive in line within the designated roll call time, or if you fail to line up according to your turn when preparing to enter, you will be marked as late and will be assigned a number behind the regular participants. 8) If you are discovered to be present as a fan of another artist, you may be banned from participating in the open music show, and your fan club activities may be adversely affected. 9) You can deliver your letters to the &TEAM members through the staff during the admission verification process at the open music show. Any gifts other than letters cannot be delivered. ◈ Important Information for Participating in the Event 1) We are not responsible for any issues accessing the page caused by network problems. 2) Posting a screenshot of your application is discouraged as it may lead to the misuse of the information. Please do not share such a screenshot with anyone. (Any reports of such activities will lead to sanctions for the applicant.) 3) The product orders of the winners will be changed to “Product Preparing for Shipping” after the winners are announced, and they may not be available for cancellation or refund. 4) To participate in the event, the Membership used for pre-application must be valid until the event date. If your Membership is scheduled to expire between the date of your pre-application and the date of the event, please renew your Membership in advance 5) Please note that you cannot participate in the event if you do not consent to the collection and use of personal information and the provision of your personal information to third parties. * If you cancel all purchases of Weverse Shop products that you made to participate in the event, your event application will be automatically canceled. If you wish to participate in the event, please repurchase the eligible products and then reapply. (For example, if you cancel only one order out of two total orders for eligible products, your application status will remain the same. If you cancel both orders, your event application will be canceled.) * After the winner announcement, orders for products eligible for this event cannot be canceled or refunded. * Even once the application period is over, you can still request cancellation or refund of the event products before the winners are announced. However, information of the applicants not selected for the event will be discarded within 7 days after the termination of the fan event.. * You have the right to deny consent. However, you may be restricted from using the above services should you do so. * We ask that you carefully read the notice before participating so everyone at the open music show can enjoy the performance in a safe and pleasant manner. * This notice may be subject to change or update depending on on-site circumstances. * We do not take responsibility for any disadvantages caused by failure to check this notice.
