If you wish to select your seat, please purchase tickets through general reservation. • Reserved seats will be randomly assigned within the 2nd-floor section, and the exact seat location will be confirmed when you collect your ticket. Once tickets are issued, seat changes are not allowed. If the necessary documents are not provided, the price difference compared to the full ticket price must be paid on-site. • The event benefits are applied based on the purchaser, and the required documents must applicable or issued in the name of the purchaser only. • Tickets must be collected in person by the purchaser who matches the eligibility requirements of the event category. [Picking-Up Your Tickets] • Ticket Booth Operating Hours: 4 hours before the concert begins ~ start of concert (subject to change based on on-site conditions). • Tickets will only be issued after verification of the following: (1) required documentation for selected event category, (2) purchaser’s photo ID, and (3) confirmation of ticket purchase. * Accepted forms of photo ID: Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Passport, Youth ID, or Alien Registration Card. • IDs issued under a name different from the purchaser or copies of IDs will not be accepted. Please ensure you bring the correct documentation. • If the purchaser fails to provide the required identification, ticket collection and admission may be denied. Depending on the situation, tickets may be issued after the price difference compared to the full ticket price is paid. In cases where admission is delayed due to such reasons, ticket cancellations or refunds will not be permitted. • Tickets purchased through this event will be issued as physical tickets. • Heavy crowding is expected at the on-site ticket booth. We recommend picking up your ticket as early as possible to avoid delayed entry to the show(s).
