Admission numbers will be assigned after verifying all required items. Additionally, those who participate via on-site standby may not receive official open broadcast event merchandise depending on on-site circumstances. If you arrive after the check-in time, your pre-assigned admission number will become invalid. Latecomers will be assigned a late-entry number on a first-come, first-served basis as they arrive. Please wait in front of the "Latecomer" sign in order of arrival. If you lose the number ticket distributed during check-in, you will not be allowed to enter. Required items will be checked during check-in. If even one item is missing, your assigned admission number will become invalid. ▶ Important Notes for Application -Each person can apply only once. Duplicate applications or multiple entries are strictly prohibited. -This application is for the pre-recording only; participation in the live broadcast is not included. -The application link will be activated 10 minutes prior, but only applications submitted within the officially announced time frame will be valid. -Applications submitted before the official opening time will be considered invalid. The application time is based on the server time of the relevant application page. -If the total number of applicants for the broadcast does not reach the maximum capacity, those who applied prior to the official time will be assigned the lowest priority numbers at the very bottom of the list. -Cancellations or modifications are strictly impossible after submission. Please apply with caution. -Illegal acts such as using illegal software/bots, proxy applications, or transferring/selling winning tickets are strictly prohibited. [Priority 2] - Those who meet all conditions for Priority 1, but were assigned a waitlist/reserve number - Physical ID card - BIBI Official Fan Club 'pookïe MEMBERSHIP' holder - BIBI OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK - Printout of 'BUMPA' music purchase history (Only individual song download from the Melon website are accepted. [Priority 3] - Physical ID card. - BIBI Official Fan Club 'pookïe MEMBERSHIP' holder. *Admission order for Reserves & Latecomers: 1) Reserve numbers, followed by 2) Latecomers. *Admission will be denied if any of the required items are missing or incomplete. ▶ Required Items for Verification Valid Physical ID Card: Must include your name, date of birth, and photo. Accepted: Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, valid Passport, Alien Registration Card, National Technical Qualification Certificate, Mobile ID, etc. (For minors, Youth ID is accepted; Student IDs are NOT allowed). Screenshots/Copies NOT accepted. Must be the physical ID. If the name of the applicant does not match the name on the ID verified on-site, participation is impossible. (Korean nationals must write their name in Korean, and foreign nationals must write it in English exactly as it appears on their passport or ARC). BIBI OFFICIAL FANCLUB POOKIE MEMBERSHIP Mobile Card: Must be opened and shown directly via the Weverse app. Screenshots NOT accepted. The personal information entered in the application form must match the membership user information. BIBI OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK: The functionality/light of the light stick will be checked on-site. Must bring the physical item. Bringing recording/filming equipment or personal cheering props (placards, banners, etc.) is strictly forbidden. If caught, you will be escorted out immediately; all photos, videos, and recordings will be deleted on-site, and penalties may apply to all future open broadcast participation. The organizers hold no responsibility for any equipment damage that occurs during eviction. Leaving the venue during the recording is not permitted. You may only leave after all recordings have concluded. Please apply only if you can stay until the very end. Please refrain from shouting personal messages/comments to the artist during the recording. If you are not standing in line at your designated number when the STAFF arrives for check-in, you will be excluded from the list. If you are not in your designated spot during the roll call, you will be considered late even if you are present at the venue. Your pre-assigned number will become invalid, and you will be placed at the very end of the line.
