The notice applies to all open broadcasting schedules of BLITZERS members, and please check the notice to be aware of the application for participation and not to be disadvantaged at the site. We inform you of the details below, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation for the safety of BLITZERS members and BLEE. [How to apply for participation in open broadcasting] 1. Check the notice uploaded on the Weverse 2. Apply in accordance with the form for each open broadcast 3. Check the list of participants uploaded to the Weverse the application is completed [Order of admission] 1st priority) -a regular member of the Fancafe of BLITZERS - 3 types of WIN-DOW album(WIN, DOW, Nemo ver.), Proof of all music downloads included in the WIN-DOWalbum 2nd priority) -a regular member of the Fancafe of BLITZERS - Either 1 of the 2 types of WIN-DOW album(WIN, DOW, Nemo ver.) or Proof of all music downloads included in the WIN-DOW album 3rd priority) -a associate memberof the Fancafe of BLITZERS - 3 types of WIN-DOW album(WIN, DOW, Nemo ver.), Proof of all music downloads included in the WIN-DOW album *After checking the participation materials once for the first time, we will distribute the certification stickers. *If you have received the album/music source certification sticker, please bring your ID card and certification sticker when you participate later. * Even if you have received the certification sticker, you must bring all your existing belongings when you do not bring them. ID card * A real ID card that can be identified. - Koreans aged 17 or older: Resident registration card, resident registration certificate, driver's license, passport before expiration (issued before December 21, 2020) - Koreans under the age of 17: Youth card (issued by Community Service Center), Youth card application confirmation, passport before expiration of period (issued before December 21, 2020) - Foreigner: Alien registration card, passport before expiration of period - After December 21, 2020, Korean passport issuers must present their passport and passport information certificate together to be recognized. - Non-identification matters: In the case where the expired ID card or photo attached to the ID card is not you or is damaged, the student ID card, photo/print/mobile capture ID card. - The identification card of a Korean national must be clearly written with a photo, resident registration number (13 digits), and a name and issued by the head of a public institution. 2. WIN-DOW physical album - Both CD and components must be present. 2-1. WIN-DOW Album Purchase Statement (Only for the first week of promotions. After that, only the physical album will be recognized.) - Purchase statements on the album purchase site(A set or a 3 types single item) - Member information page of the site(Name, contact included) 3. Proof of all music downloads included in the WIN-DOW album - All music sites are available for music verification. - Please prepare both the music download statement and two pages to check your membership information. [Points to Note for Application for Participation in Open Broadcasting] 1. If it goes against the application time and form, it will be excluded from the list. 2. If you submit the list in duplicate, it will be recognized as the last time you applied. 3. Admission numbers will be listed in the order of time submitted on the application form. 4. Depending on the situation, the list application time and recording time may change, so please check the notice on the fan cafe from time to time. 5. Only the applicant himself can enter, and if the transfer is caught, both the transferor and the transferee cannot participate in all open broadcasts in the future.(You must bring your ID card) 6. Please line up according to your number 10 minutes before the confirmation time of the list on the day. 7. If you are late or not at your seat, you will be pushed to the last number regardless of the order of application, so please comply with the confirmation time. 8. If you do not arrive at the site by the end of the list check on the day, you will be automatically excluded from the list. 9. Please note that if you do not participate after applying for participation in open broadcasting, you will receive one warning, and if you accumulate more than three warnings, you will not be able to participate in open broadcasting of the activity. 10. Please understand that the entrance time and the number of participants may change depending on the situation on the site on the day. 11. Even if you receive a number, you may not be able to enter depending on the situation on the site. 12. If you do not attend the pre-recording, you cannot enter the main broadcast, and if you do not attend after applying for the open broadcast, you may be disadvantaged in applying for the next open broadcast. [Points to Note for Participation in Open Broadcasting] 1. Photography and video recording are prohibited at all open broadcasting sites. In case of detection, data deletion, memory card seizure, and exit will be processed, and all open broadcasts will not be allowed later. Also, there may be disadvantages to the entire fandom, so please be extra careful. 2. Depending on the situation of the broadcasting station, the inspection of belongings may proceed before entering, and if you carry prohibited items such as filming devices, you may be restricted from entering. 3. Depending on the broadcast program, there may be an age limit for admission. Please check the program information before applying.(As of 2022, you can enter after your birthday in 2007) 4. You can't move your seat without checking the number of people and checking the on-site STAFF before entering.If you have to leave for a while due to an inevitable situation, please check with the STAFF on site before moving. 5. You cannot use personal cheering tools.(Light sticks, slogans, placards, cell phone LEDs, etc) 6. Excessive personal comments can be the reason for leaving, and please express your support for BLITZERS with cheer guide. 7. All open broadcasts are not allowed to leave in the middle. 8. Only letters can be delivered through STAFF at the open broadcast site.(Gift not delivered) 9. Please follow the direction of the STAFF on site in an orderly manner, and if there is a conflict with broadcasting station officials and other fans, the members will restrict their entry to the open broadcasting later. 10. We are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by not familiarizing ourselves with the notice, and the notice may be revised later, so please check it from time to time. Thank you
