We will be holding a Video call fan signing event to celebrate the beginning of BOYNEXTDOOR’s activities following the release of their 1st Single Album, [WHO!] Please read the below information before applying. Any additional information will be announced via BOYNEXTDOOR Weverse and the official Twitter account. We look forward to your active participation. BOYNEXTDOOR 1st Single Album [WHO!] ▶ Date 4PM, Saturday, June 17, 2023 (KST) ▶ Application Period From 11:00 AM, Friday, June 2 to 6:00 PM, Sunday, June 4, 2023 (KST) ▶ Ticket Retailers Soundwave ▶ Inquiries Soundwave (+82-2-381-3758) ▶ Winner Announcement Winners will be announced on the websites of the Soundwave after 4:00 PM, Monday, June 5, 2023 (KST). ▶ Participation Guidelines 1. Only BOYNEXTDOOR’s 1st Single Album [WHO!] can be autographed. - Albums purchased for the purpose of entering the raffle for this fan signing event cannot be canceled or refunded. 2. Video call fansign will be held on KakaoTalk mobile application at the time scheduled for each raffle winner. A message will be sent to the raffle winner on KakaoTalk mobile application before the video call, to let you know the event has started. 3. Please have your valid photo ID ready for the staff. ※ Acceptable forms of ID - For Korean Nationality holders: Resident registration card, driver’s license, passport (issued before December 21, 2020), youth ID (issued by the resident center) - For Non-Korean Nationality holders: Passport, alien registration card * Identity of non-Korean nationality holders can only be verified with the English name on your passport. * Other forms of ID will not be accepted (e.g., student ID). * We do not accept a screenshot of your mobile ID. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. * Only physical IDs that have not expired will be considered as acceptable forms of ID. * Your name, photograph, and date of birth on your ID will be checked to verify your identity, and your participation will be restricted if your ID information does not match the information provided on your application form. ** If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted. * If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID. 4. If the video call connection fails two times, the next raffle winner will start their turn. We will try one more time after the next raffle winner finishes the fansign. If you do not or cannot answer the video call, it will be considered that you will not participate in the fansign and we will not try another video call. 5. For the protection of the artists, the staff will observe the fansign proceedings, which will be recorded. If the staff considers that the video call is inappropriate and violates the nature of the fansign, the video call will be terminated without warning. 6. Please end the video call once the given time is over. If the raffle winner does not end the video call, it may be ended by the staff. 7. Only the winner may participate (one ticket per person), and your win cannot be transferred or sold to others (participation will be prohibited if such activities are detected). 8. You will be barred from participating in all future BOYNEXTDOOR events if any inappropriate transaction or attempt is detected, including the transfer or sale of your win. 9. P.S. requests, and other excessive requests beyond signing the album are not allowed at this fan signing event. 10. Please contact your ticket retailer for inquiries not answered by this notice.
