You must purchase the GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB ONEDOOR MEMBERSHIP (“MEMBERSHIP”) to be eligible to apply for the event. 2. MEMBERSHIP purchased for the purpose of applying for this fan signing event cannot be canceled or refunded. 3. The information you submit for the event raffle cannot be modified after submission. Please make sure that you enter the information (date of birth, email address, contact information, etc.) correctly before submitting it. Any disadvantages incurred due to providing incorrect information will not be compensated. Participants cannot win multiple times for this event. 4. The winner announcement and participation in the actual fan signing event will be based on the information you provide in your application. 5. For foreigners, you can only apply with an English name that matches the one on your ID. (You cannot enter using your name in Korean.) 6. Only the winner can participate in the fan signing event. 7. Winning tickets cannot be received by proxy. 8. Winning tickets cannot be transferred or sold to others. (If such violations are detected, you will not be able to participate.) 9. You will be ineligible for all future BOYNEXTDOOR events if any inappropriate transactions or attempts are discovered, including the transfer or sale of your win. 10. All participants of the fan signing event must bring a valid ID. You will be denied entry if you fail to bring your ID. ※ What are valid forms of ID? - For Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS) - For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Residence Card * Other forms of ID will not be accepted (e.g., Student ID, photocopy/photo of ID, a certified copy of ID, etc.) * Photographs, printouts, or mobile screenshots of IDs will not be accepted. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. * Only physical IDs that have not expired will be considered valid. * An ID of a Korean nationality holder must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and full name and must be issued by the head of a public agency. * An application certificate must have a seal of the head of the agency between pages, and personal information, including the photo, issue number, and expiry date, must be covered with clear tape. We ask for your cooperation and careful preparation. * To draw and verify the winners and conduct this fan signing event, the personal information of winners will be provided as follows: ※ Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Information - Personal Information Provided: Name, contact information, date of birth, email address - Purpose of Collection: To draw the winners for the in-person fan signing event in celebration of GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB ONEDOOR MEMBERSHIP launching and conduct the event - Personal Information Recipient: KOZ Entertainment Co., Ltd., Weverse Company Inc., HYBE Co., Ltd. - Period of Personal Information Retention and Use: Within seven days from the termination of the fan signing event. However, the personal information of the applicants not selected for the event will be discarded immediately after the results have been announced. ▶Precautions for the Fan Signing Event * The fan signing session with the artist will be held in the order of the seating number randomly assigned on the day of the event. * You can check the winner information and get your numbered ticket starting from one hour before the event. 1. Please do not forget to bring your winning numbered ticket when you participate in the event. (You CANNOT participate if you lose the winning numbered ticket.) 2. Taking photos or making a video/audio recording from your designated seat inside the venue is permitted, but not when you are waiting to get autographed or while receiving it. Taking selfies that demand the artists to pose or taking photos with instant cameras like Polaroid are not allowed either. Please note that if such an attempt is detected, the memory card and recorded files on your device will either be confiscated or deleted, and you will be escorted out immediately. 3. The autograph paper will be prepared at the venue. Any other kind of paper cannot be autographed. 4. If you get an autograph while carrying a device that can take photos or record videos or audio, such as a smartphone, Bluetooth earphones, smartwatches, etc., staff will check your device. If any unauthorized photos are taken or videos/audio are recorded on your phone, you will be asked to delete the material and escorted out. 5. You will be asked to leave if you move seats or install cameras and tripods outside your designated seat. Please cooperate with the on-site staff. 6. This fan signing event does not accept post-its or requests to write special messages. Also, you cannot make any requests or demands other than the autograph. 7. Please refrain from making unreasonable requests to the artists and engaging in disruptive behaviors. Inappropriate behaviors toward the artists and the staff may warrant intervention or ejection from the venue and lead to an adverse impact on your participation in future events. 8. Simple props for taking pictures or videos can be given to the artists through the staff members, but please understand that you may not be able to use the props that you prepared depending on the situation. You may retrieve your props on your way out after the fan signing event ends. 9. Please deliver any fan letters for the artists to the staff upon entry. However, any gift other than letters cannot be handed over. 10. The starting time of the event may change depending on on-site circumstances. We ask for your understanding.
