Any additional information will be announced via BOYNEXTDOOR Weverse and the official Twitter account. We look forward to your active participation. 2nd EP [HOW?] ▶ Date 8:00 PM, Wednesday, May 22, 2024 (KST) ▶ Application Period From 11:00 AM, Monday, May 6 to 11:59 PM, Wednesday, May 8, 2024 (KST) ▶ Ticket Retailers WITHMUU ▶ Inquiries WITHMUU (1544-4205) ▶ Winner Announcement Winners will be announced on the websites of the WITHMUU after 6:00 PM, Thursday, May 9, 2024 (KST). ▶ Participation Guidelines 1. Only BOYNEXTDOOR’s 2nd EP [HOW?] can be autographed. - Albums purchased for the purpose of entering the raffle for this fan signing event cannot be canceled or refunded. 2. All participants of the fan signing event must bring a valid ID. ※ Acceptable forms of ID - For Korean Nationality holders: Resident registration card, driver’s license, passport, youth ID (issued by the resident center), Mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS) - For Non-Korean Nationality holders: Passport, alien registration card * Identity of non-Korean nationality holders can only be verified with the English name on your passport. * Other forms of ID will not be accepted (e.g., student ID). * We do not accept a screenshot of your mobile ID. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. * Only physical IDs that have not expired will be considered as acceptable forms of ID. * Your name, photograph, and date of birth on your ID will be checked to verify your identity, and your participation will be restricted if your ID information does not match the information provided on your application form. 3. Only the winner may participate (one ticket per person), and your win cannot be transferred or sold to others (participation will be prohibited if such activities are detected). 4. You will be barred from participating in all future BOYNEXTDOOR events if any inappropriate transaction or attempt is detected, including the transfer or sale of your win. 5. Taking photos or recording a video/audio from your designated seat inside the fan signing event venue is permitted, but not when you are waiting to get autographed or receiving it. Taking selfies that demand the artists to strike a pose or taking photos with instant cameras like Polaroid are not allowed either. -Please note that if such an attempt is detected, the memory card and recorded files on your device will be confiscated or deleted, and you will be escorted out immediately. 6. Moving to a seat other than your designated one or installing cameras, tripods, and other equipment in a different location will result in your removal from the venue. Please cooperate with the on-site staff. 7. Post-its, P.S. requests, and other excessive requests beyond signing the album are not allowed at this fan signing event. 8. You may provide the artists with simple props for pictures through the staff, but please understand that the artists may not be able to use them depending on the circumstances. You may retrieve the prop as you leave the venue at the end of the fan signing event. 9. Please contact your ticket retailer for inquiries not answered by this notice. ▶ To draw and verify the winners and conduct this signing event, personal information of winners will be used as follows ※ Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Information - Collecting agents: HYBE, KOZ ENTERTAINMENT, Weverse Company, WITHMUU - Purpose of collection: To select the winners for the BOYNEXTDOOR’s 2nd EP [HOW?] fan signing event and conduct the event. - Information collected: personal Information: name, contact details, date of birth - Period of retention and use: From the moment of application until seven days following the day of the fan signing event. However, personal information of the applicants not selected will be discarded immediately after the winners have been announced. Thank you.
