Please read the details below on how to participate and we look forward to your participation. [Pre-recording] ▶ Scheduled Time of Recording 2:30 PM , Thursday, April 25, 2024 (KST) ▶ Roll Call Location In front of the Sangam-dong CJ ENM Center * Changes in the location will be announced via the official Twitter account. ▶ Roll Call Date and Time Thursday, April 25, 2024 ♥ From 11:20 AM to 12:30 PM (KST) → From number 1 to 135 ♥ From 12:31 PM to 1:40 PM (KST) → From number 136 to 270 / Waitlisted numbers / Late arrivals - Number of Participants: 270 + 5 waitlisted (first come, first served) * Please be mindful of the check-in time for your number. If you arrive later than your assigned time slot, you will be considered late and moved to the “Late” line. Your admission will be pushed to the very last in order. * If you fail to arrive on time for the roll call, please stand in order in the “LATE” line. * Please make sure to bring the wristband distributed during the roll for every recording. Those whose wristbands have either been damaged or lost will be denied entry. ▶ Eligibility 1) Only those who are ONEDOOR Membership holders purchased BOYNEXTDOOR 2nd EP [HOW?] through Weverse Shop (at least three of “Earth” or “Wind” or "Fire" regardless of the version, or a Set / GLOBAL) + have the "Download Statement of All Tracks of BOYNEXTDOOR 2nd EP [HOW?]" + can provide the “Melon Profile Page,” are eligible to apply. 2) Only those aged 15 or older can participate in this event. (Born before April 25, 2009) * You must satisfy all of the above conditions to apply and participate in the music show. ▶ Application Period From 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, April 24, 2024 (KST) → First come, first served ▶ Application Link * The application page will open 10 minutes before the application period starts. Please access the application form, fill out your personal information, and consent to the collection and use of personal information in advance and submit your application within the deadline. * You will not be able to modify your application once you hit “Apply”; please proceed with the application in time. * Dates and times for the application page are based on server time. * Please check your result and your entry number on the “BOYNEXTDOOR Event Application History” page 30 minutes to one hour after the event application has ended. * The winners will be selected on a first come, first served basis based on applications entered starting from 7:30 PM (KST). * You must fill out the form exactly as in the provided template. * You will not be eligible to participate if your application does not follow the proper format. * Multiple applications will be disqualified for participation. ▶ Important Information 1) In the case you win but do not show up, you will be banned from participating in the open music show events throughout the promotions period for BOYNEXTDOOR 2nd EP [HOW?]. 2) Any application made using unauthorized programs, applications by proxy through payment, application by a third party individual (friend, acquaintance, etc.), transfer and receipt of an entry number and any other unauthorized activities will result in a void of the entry number without exception, and anyone found to engage in such activities will be denied entry to the open music show as well as be subject to all sanctions that apply to open music show no-shows. 3) Posting a screenshot of your application on Twitter or other social media platforms may result in misuse of the information. Please do not share such a screenshot with anyone. (Any reports of such activities will lead to sanctions for the applicant.) 4) You will not be able to apply multiple times for this event. (You can apply once per account.) ▶ What to Bring to the Event - If you fail to bring any of the required items, you will be unable to participate in the open music show on the day and will be marked absent. - In case you manage to bring the item you forgot before the end of the roll call, you can enter through the “Late” line after the item has been checked. 1) Proof of purchase for three or more of BOYNEXTDOOR 2nd EP [HOW?] through Weverse Shop (at least three of “Earth” or “Wind” or "Fire" regardless of the version, or a Set/GLOBAL) - Only those who purchased BOYNEXTDOOR 2nd EP [HOW?] through Weverse Shop(GLOBAL) can apply for the event. - The staff will not check the physical album on-site on the day of the music show. - Any version of the album will be accepted. 2) Download Statement of All The Tracks of BOYNEXTDOOR 2nd EP [HOW?] + Printout of Melon Profile Page - Download all seven tracks and print out the page so that the titles of the seven tracks can be clearly seen. - We only accept hard copies (printouts). A screenshot of the page (image) on your mobile phone will not be accepted. - Only the list of “individual songs” or “FLAC” will be accepted, not “DCF.” 3) ID card (must include a recognizable photo) - For Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS) - For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Alien registration card * Your ID must match the information that you entered during application. * Photographs, printouts, or mobile screenshots will not be accepted. * Your ID cannot be used to verify your identity if the photograph is not your photograph or cannot be easily recognized due to stickers or markings. * If your ID does not match your actual likeness, you may be asked to present additional proof of identity. We ask for your cooperation. * We do not accept a screenshot of your mobile ID. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. * Student IDs will not be accepted for identity verification. * Identity verification will not be possible with an expired ID. Any actions that result in a conflict with the security team, including leaving in the middle of a performance, may result in disadvantages such as being denied entry to the fan club seats. We kindly ask for your cooperation in complying with the staff’s guidance to ensure everyone can enjoy a safe and pleasant viewing experience. 2) There may be restrictions on age or application depending on the show. Please check the entrance criteria for the show in question before making your application. 3) Taking photographs or videos. or making audio recordings are strictly prohibited inside the studio where the music show is held. All devices capable of taking video or audio recordings are strictly prohibited from being brought into the venue. If you are discovered taking photos or videos or making audio recordings at the open music show, you may be subject to sanctions such as being denied entry to the fan club seats by the authority of the broadcasting company’s security team or staff. This is to ensure everyone’s safety and a pleasant viewing experience during the music show. We ask for your kind cooperation and understanding. * If such an attempt is discovered, you will be asked to leave the venue immediately, and the photos, videos, or audio recordings will be deleted on-site. We hold no responsibility for any devices damaged while you are being escorted out. * Engaging in such activities will result in a ban from future open music shows. 4) The use of any personal fan items (such as banners, slogans, mobile phone display apps, dolls, fans, etc.) are prohibited. 5) Engaging in dangerous behaviors such as running to the vehicle of BOYNEXTDOOR members arriving or leaving are extremely dangerous. If you are discovered engaging in such behaviors, you will be banned from participating in any future open music shows. We ask for your kind consideration and cooperation to ensure the safety of both the fans and BOYNEXTDOOR. 6) If you are assigned to a fan club seat, you are prohibited from leaving the seat of your own accord. 7) You may deliver your letters to the BOYNEXTDOOR members at the open music show.
