Information on On-site Purchases Official merchandise of the BOYNEXTDOOR TOUR “KNOCK ON Vol.1” IN INCHEON will be available for purchase on the day of the concert on-site. 1) OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE ON-SITE SALES BOOTH * Sales Date/Time - 11 AM to 4:30 PM, Saturday, December 14, 2024 - 10 AM to 3:30 PM, Sunday, December 15, 2024 * On-Site Sales Location - Inside EAST GATE [Important Information] * Sales may end early when inventories for all items are exhausted. * Payment Methods: Cash or cards are accepted. (Please note that certain credit cards may not be accepted due to policies and conditions set by the card company.) * Purchase Limit for Official Merchandise - A maximum of two OFFICIAL LIGHT STICKs and LIGHT STICK SETs can be purchased per customer. - A maximum of one PHOTOCARD SET can be purchased per customer. - A maximum of ten PHOTOCARDs and LUCKY DRAWs can be purchased per customer. - For all products, with the exception of OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK, OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK SET, PHOTOCARD SET, PHOTOCARD, LUCKY DRAW, a maximum of three items can be purchased per customer. For products that come in more than one option, up to three items can be purchased per option (e.g. for HOODIE, you can purchase up to six pieces, with three pieces per size). - The maximum purchase limit is subject to change depending on on-site circumstances. [On-Site Pickup Exchange/Refund Information] 1) Exchange * Exchanges are only possible within 14 days of purchase. * Exchanges are available only at the on-site booth during its operating hours. You do not have to separately pair your light stick with your seat via the app. Please make sure that you turn on the light stick after you enter the venue. * Please make sure you insert new alkaline batteries before the concert. * The official light stick requires three AAA alkaline batteries. * If the battery is low, the light may fade and the wireless control may stop working. * Please refer to the BOYNEXTDOOR TOUR “KNOCK ON Vol.1” IN INCHEON Official Light Stick Guide provided in a separate notice for detailed information.
