[Operation Information] ■ Period: From Sunday, December 29, 2024 to Tuesday, January 7, 2025 ■ Operating Hours: 10:30 AM - 10:00 PM (KST) ■ Location: 1F Atrium at Jamsil Lotte World Mall (300 Olympic-ro, Songpa-gu, Seoul) [Visit Information] ■ Reservation Method The 2025 SEASON’S GREETINGS POP-UP accepts [Early Reservation] or [On-Site Reservation]. - Reservation Method: Melon Ticket - Ticket On-Sale Date: 6 PM, Tuesday, December 24, 2024 (KST) ■ Early Reservation Entry Information 01. You can only enter and visit the 2025 SEASON’S GREETINGS POP-UP on the date and session you reserved online. Please make sure you visit at your reserved date and time. You cannot re-enter after you have exited. 02. Two tickets can be reserved online per person. (Please be advised that you cannot reserve two tickets for the same session.) Only customers who have made a reservation can enter. Accompanying guests must make a separate reservation. 03. Identity verification for early reservation visitors will begin 10 minutes before each session. Please ensure that you reserve with the account under your legal name and bring the mobile ticket and a physical ID. (We do not accept screenshot images or photocopies.) *Korean Nationality Holders: Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, passport (unexpired), youth ID (no images or screenshots) *Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Residence Card *For children under 14 years of age, reservations can only be made with a mobile phone number in the person’s name, and consent from a guardian is required when the reservation is made. Please note that your reservation can be completed only after you enter the mobile phone number of your legal guardian and then enter the verification number. *If you do not have a mobile phone under your name, you can make a reservation with a legal guardian’s account. In this case, please show a Family Relations Certificate before entering the venue. Also, please bring all the required documents listed below. You cannot change your reservation (date or session) on-site. If you wish to change your reservation, please cancel and re-book. 05. You may not be able to enter after the entry time for your reserved session has passed. Depending on on-site circumstances, entry time may be delayed past the reserved time. You may have to wait on-site even if you reserved online in advance. We ask for your understanding. ■ Mobile Ticket Information 01. This POP-UP store distributes only mobile tickets. Physical tickets are not provided. 02. If you reserved via the Korean reservation page, you can check your mobile ticket through the Melon Ticket app. Please make sure the app is updated to the latest version. (Melon Ticket App > My Tickets > Reservation Details > Mobile Tickets) 03. If you reserved via the Global page, you can check the mobile ticket only from the Global mobile webpage. 04. Screenshots or copies of the mobile tickets are NOT accepted. ■ On-Site Reservation Information 01. The 2025 SEASON’S GREETINGS POP-UP also accepts on-site reservations. However, visitors who made early reservations online will be given priority entry. 02. You cannot wait overnight. We cannot guarantee your safety during night hours and any lines may be asked to disperse. 03. On-site reservations may close early depending on on-site circumstances. Even if you placed your name in the on-site queuing system, you may not be able to enter depending on the queue and on-site circumstances. 04. You may not be able to make a reservation on-site depending on on-site circumstances. 05. If a queue forms before the POP-UP opens, the on-site queuing system will start accepting registrations at 10 AM (KST). This may change depending on on-site circumstances. 06. Once you register your name in the system, you will receive a notification message via KakaoTalk or email. You will receive the message or email when entry is available, so please be sure to start waiting within 15 minutes after you receive the entry notification. After the 15-minute window, your queue will be automatically canceled. Please be punctual and appear on time. 07. To ensure the smooth operation of the POP-UP store, you cannot enter the venue after you have exited. If you wish to enter again, you will have to register your name in the queuing system again. ■ Event Information 1. REWARD EVENT - For merchandise purchases worth 50,000 won or above: 1 photo ticket - For merchandise purchases worth 100,000 won or above: 1 additional photo ticket ※ “2025 SEASONS’S GREETINGS” purchases are applicable to the giveaway event. ※ You can only choose from artist groups whose merchandise you purchased. * Photo Ticket Quantity Example - Purchases worth 50,000 won or more: 1 photo ticket - Purchases worth 100,000 won or more: 2+1 photo tickets, total of 3 photo tickets - Purchases worth 150,000 won or more: 3+1 photo tickets, total of 4 photo tickets - Purchases worth 200,000 won or more: 4+2 photo tickets, total of 6 photo tickets ※ You can choose among the artist groups whose merchandise you purchased within the quantity limit. ** Photo Ticket Giveaway Example - If you purchase BOYNEXTDOOR, SEVENTEEN, and ENHYPEN merchandise worth 200,000 won or more, you will receive 6 photo tickets. 1) You can choose 2 BOYNEXTDOOR tickets, 3 SEVENTEEN tickets, or 1 ENHYPEN ticket. (Other artists are not applicable since you didn’t purchase their merchandise.) 2) You can also choose 6 BOYNEXTDOOR photo tickets. 2. Social Media REVIEW EVENT 3 social media review posts per artist (a total of 21 posts) that include the required hashtags and the desired artist hashtag will be entered into a raffle after the conclusion of the POP-UP. Dents, ink stains, and pressed marks smaller than 5 mm are not eligible for exchange (including the back of the photo ticket). - Requests for exchanges for defective giveaway products must be made on the same day of the purchase and at the site during the POP-UP operation period.
