For exchanges or refunds, please visit the POP-UP store along with your product, receipt, and payment method within seven days of purchase. 2. Exchanges and refunds are only available at the POP-UP store where you purchased the item, and only within the operating period. 3. After the operating period, refunds will not be available even for the products within the seven-day refund window. 4. Random Photo Card Giveaway Event - Every customer who purchases more than 50,000 won worth of BBNEXDO merch will receive one random photo card (Random, 1 out of 6 types). - Photo cards will be given each time you reach a certain purchase amount threshold.
