[Operational Details] - Operational Period | April 1, 2025 (Tue) - May 11, 2025 (Sun) - Operating Hours | > Sun–Thu | 11:00 – 21:30 (UTC+8) (Entry not permitted after 21:00) > Fri–Sat & Public Holidays | 11:00 – 22:00 (UTC+8) (Entry not permitted after 21:30) - Location | Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Nanxi Store, 9F (No. 12號, Nanjing W Rd, Zhongshan District, Taipei City, 10491) [Entry Guidelines] - <BOYNEXTDOOR X BBNEXDO POP-UP ‘BBNEXDO in Town’ in TAIPEI> operates on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the number tickets distributed that day. - Starting at 11:00 am (UTC+8), number tickets are distributed in order of arrival. Only one ticket per person is provided, and group entries are not allowed. These tickets cannot be transferred. - Before the department store opens, you can wait in the queue next to the entrance on the first floor. Based on their number tickets, participants will proceed to the waiting line for the 9th-floor pop-up store. Staff will guide participants, who can only use the designated elevator for moving from the 1st to the 9th floor. - To ensure smooth entry, please remain in the queue until 15 minutes before the entry start time. - If 15 minutes have passed since the entry start time, entry to the pop-up will no longer be possible. - Each participant can enter only once during the designated time on their number ticket. After exiting, re-entry is not permitted, and participants must leave within the allocated usage time of 60 minutes, regardless of their entry time. - Entry will occur after a wait for each scheduled session, and depending on on-site conditions, entry times may be subject to delays or adjustments. - Depending on on-site conditions, the method of entry may change from pre-distributed number tickets to a direct waiting and entry method at the venue. - Usage Time: The pop-up is available for 60 minutes per session (1st session 11:00-12:00, 2nd session 12:00~13:00, 3rd session 13:00~14:00, 4th session 14:00~15:00, 5th session 15:00~16:00, 6th session 16:00~17:00, 7th session 17:00~18:00, 8th session 18:00~19:00, 9th session 19:00~20:00, 10th session 20:00~21:00, 11th session 21:00~22:00) *Please note that the 11th session is not available from Sunday to Thursday. - Admission is limited to 50 people per session. [Entry Precautions] All customers entering the pop-up are deemed to have agreed to the following precautions. - Please carry your entry number ticket and wait in sequence in the designated area. - The use of chairs or folding chairs that could obstruct pathways is prohibited during waiting. - (Exceptions are made for individuals who are physically impaired or require assistance.) - Refrain from actions that could harm other customers. [Product Purchase, Exchange, and Refund Information] - Payments can be made using cash, credit card, LINE PAY, or QR payment. - Purchase limits may vary based on the sales conditions at the venue; please refer to the notices within the store. - Before processing your payment, please ensure that the product is free from defects. - Exchanges and refunds due to a change of mind after payment are not allowed. - If a product purchased at the pop-up store is defective, exchanges are only possible during the pop-up operational period (receipt required). Please inspect the product for defects immediately upon receipt, as exchanges and refunds become challenging once the sales period ends. - If the specific product needed for an exchange is out of stock, it may be possible to exchange it for another product. The replacement product must be of the same or higher value, and any price difference must be paid. - Exchanges are not possible under the following conditions: 1) Absence of the receipt 2) The product has been opened or is damaged, or if the components or packaging are damaged. 3) Signs of use are evident, or the product emits an odor different from its characteristic fragrance 4) The product is damaged due to customer negligence (not due to manufacturing defects) 5) Minor scratches inherent to the material of photocards are not grounds for return.
