It’s a service that allows you to conveniently make reservations for in-person events through your mobile device. Simply apply to join the queue and proceed to the booth at the time you applied for. ⏰ Application Period From 6 pm to 8 pm, Thursday, July 24, 2025, (KST) * The above time period is the application period for entering the digital queue. If you have successfully joined the queue, you will be granted entry to the booth on the day of the concert for the time slot you reserved. You cannot join the queue after the above period ends. 🔎 How to Use the Service - Open the Weverse app > Go into “BOYNEXTDOOR” Community > Tap on the “Weverse Queues” pop-up > Select the date and time slot of your choice and tap on the “Join queue” button (Available from 6 pm, Thursday, July 24, 2025 (KST) until the day of the concert) 🔗 Go to Weverse Queues 🔔 Ticket Registration Guide To join the queue, you must register a concert ticket for the same day. To ensure smooth service, please register your ticket in advance before the application time. 🔗 Go to Register Ticket * Important Ticket Registration Information * - Any concert ticket can be registered, regardless of seat type. - Ticket registration is only available to customers who have reserved tickets by 4:59 pm on Thursday, July 24, 2025. - If you have reserved tickets for two or more concert dates, you must register all the tickets you have reserved in order to use the Weverse Queues service on all the relevant dates. - Your ticket reservation number can be used only once. Be careful not to share this number with others. - Ticket registration must be done using the reservation number found in your reservation details. - Customers who have reserved tickets close to the application period can register their tickets after the following dates and times (KST): Tickets purchased from 12 am to 11:59 pm, Wednesday, July 23 – After 2:30 am, Thursday, July 24 Tickets purchased from 12 am to 4:59 pm, Thursday, July 24 – After 5 pm, Thursday, July 24 - If you experience errors while registering tickets, please contact Weverse Help. 📍 How to Participate in the On-Site Photoism Booth - Only those who have successfully joined the queue after registering their ticket can enter. - Photoism booth coupons will be issued on-site just before booth entry. The entry process is as follows: 1) Your queue application history will be checked 2) Your same-day mobile concert ticket will be checked 3) Make sure everyone who will be taking the photo is present (one person or more, up to two people may enter) 4) Receive your coupon > Enter the booth immediately (※ Coupons are non-transferable and must be used immediately after issuance) 🚨 Important Information - We recommend that you access Weverse Queues on the Weverse app. Please update the app to the latest version for a stable app experience. (Not available on PC) - You must log in to the Weverse app to use Weverse Queues. - Once you have joined the queue, your application details will be sent via email. Make sure that you have entered your email address correctly before joining the queue. - Application details shared by others, such as screenshots, will not be accepted for entry. - Only ticket holders can join the “Photoism Booth” queue, with a limit of one time slot per person per day. - You can only join the queue for dates for which you have reserved concert tickets (e.g., if you only have a concert ticket for July 25, you can only join the queue for July 25). - Up to two people, including the successful applicant, can enter the booth. - If you are a VIP seat or standing area ticket holder, we recommend that you select the event reservation time slot carefully, taking the waiting time for entry into account. - The organizers will not be held responsible if the event reservation time overlaps with the waiting and entry times on-site, preventing you from participating in the event. - The queues application record cannot be restored, and you must reapply to use Weverse Queues if you cancel your queues application. - At the end of the operating hours each day, all queue applications for that date will be invalidated. ------ Thank you.
