안녕하세요. 빅히트 뮤직입니다. 당사는 방탄소년단에 대한 명예훼손, 모욕, 성희롱, 허위사실 유포, 악의적 비방 등 악성 게시물 작성자를 상대로 정기적인 법적 대응에 나서고 있습니다. 이와 관련한 진행 상황을 말씀드립니다. 당사는 최근 팬 여러분의 제보와 자체 모니터링을 통해 수집한 모욕, 명예훼손 게시물 증거 자료를 토대로 수사기관에 다수의 고소장을 제출했습니다. 포털사이트의 연예 외 기사 댓글, 특정 커뮤니티 사이트에 악성 게시물이 증가한 점을 확인해 다수의 게시물을 고소장에 포함했습니다. 이 외에도 아티스트에 관한 악성 게시물은 SNS, 온라인 커뮤니티 등 채널을 가리지 않고 법적으로 대응하고 있습니다. 최근 검찰로 송치됐던 피의자의 경우 모욕 혐의가 인정돼 법적 처벌을 받았습니다. 당사는 아티스트의 병역의무 이행 중에도 모든 멤버의 악성 게시물에 대해 강경하게 법적 대응할 예정입니다. 또한 앞으로도 법적 대응 과정에서 어떠한 합의나 선처도 없이 엄중한 조치를 취할 것입니다. 방탄소년단에 대한 악성 게시물 수집과 신고, 법적 대응은 지속적으로 이뤄집니다. 당사는 수사기관에 고소장 접수를 통한 방식으로 법적 대응을 하고 있습니다. 당사에서 직접 악성글 게시자에게 연락하거나 협상을 요구하는 등의 행위는 일절 하지 않고 있으니, 당사 도메인을 유사하게 사칭한 이메일 연락 등에 유의하시기 바랍니다. 앞으로도 팬 여러분들의 관심과 빅히트 뮤직 법적 대응 계정(protect@bighitmusic.co.kr)을 통한 적극적인 제보 부탁드립니다. 빅히트 뮤직은 아티스트의 권익 보호를 위해 지속적으로 노력하겠습니다. 감사합니다. ----- Hello. This is BIGHIT MUSIC. Our company regularly initiates legal proceedings against perpetrators of malicious activities related to BTS, including defamation, personal attacks, sexual harassment, the spread of groundless information, and ill-intentioned criticism. We would like to provide an update on these activities. We have recently filed additional criminal complaints against postings with personal attacks and defamation using new information provided by fans as well as collected through our monitoring initiatives. We have found an increase in malicious postings in comment sections of entertainment and other news articles of portal sites and specific online community websites and included them in the complaint. We are also taking legal actions against malicious postings about the artists across all channels, including social media and online communities. The perpetrator whose case was recently transferred to the prosecutor’s office was found guilty of insult and received legal punishment. We will also continue to take strong measures against malicious postings on all members even as they are fulfilling their military service and our policy of no settlement and no leniency under any circumstances remains in effect. We regularly collect information on malicious postings regarding BTS, report them to the authorities and initiate legal proceedings. Our company takes legal proceedings through filing criminal complaints to the authorities. We do not directly contact the poster of the malicious postings or request negotiations.
