UPDATE STORE OPERATION : POP-UP Store operating dates extended [STORE INFO] DATE | May 26 - August 27, 2023 September 24, 2023 *Updated HOURS | Monday-Saturday: 9:30AM–7:00PM, Sunday: 10:00AM–7:00PM LOCATION | Westfield Pitt St Mall: Shop 1G, Westfield 188 Pitt Street Mall, Sydney, NSW 2000 [WAIT LINE OPERATION] - Customers may begin lining up from 12AM, May 26, 2023 (AEST), the morning of the grand opening. - Visitors upon arrival at POP-UP can join the queue by scanning the QR code at the front of the store or queue. - You will receive a digital ticket with a QR code, and you will be able to leave the queue without losing your place in line. - We will notify you when it is almost your turn so you can rejoin the queue. Please note that you may lose your position in the queue if you fail to return within 5 minutes of the notification. - Additional security staff and POP-UP staff will be in charge of guiding the customers and managing the wait lines. - Waiting may be restricted if the number of customers in line exceeds the maximum number of customers the venue can accommodate. [IMPORTANT INFORMATION] - By entering the SPACE of BTS POP-UP, all visitors are agree to the following terms and conditions : - No food, drink or pets are allowed in the POP-UP. - For the safety of our visitors and staff, CCTV is installed on the premises and will be in operation at all times. - Please be responsible for your own personal belongings and well-being while you are in the POP-UP. Management will not be responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or injury. - Photography and videography for commercial or promotional purposes that is not agreed on in advance may be restricted. - We may take pictures and videos inside the POP-UP, and these may be uploaded to social media channels, platforms, etc. Please let us know if you do not wish to be featured. - Visitors must strictly follow and comply with the admission and any COVID-19 guidelines in place at the time of your visit. - It is a condition of entry that, if requested by our security or staff, you present any bags, parcels or prams for inspection before leaving the store. Thank you in advance. - Any decision made by POP-UP management is final. POP-UP management reserves the right to refuse admission and/or dismiss any visitor(s) that displays disorderly or inappropriate conduct. Visitors may be asked to leave if the above terms and conditions are not adhered to. [PURCHASING GUIDELINES] - Items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under general circumstances. Please make sure you have the correct item(s) before payment. - Payments can be made via cash or debit/credit card. - Certain items in store are limited and may be sold out early. Under circumstances where a faulty item is needed to be exchanged, please understand that the original item may be out of stock. Exchanges of this nature will need to be accompanied with a receipt. - Shopping bags will be available for a fee. [REFUND POLICY] Please choose carefully as we do not offer a refund or replacement if you change your mind on an item. - Exchanges and refunds can be given where goods are faulty within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt. - If the faulty product is out of stock or not available, you will be offered an exchange for another product(s) up to the value of the product being exchanged.
