All attendees must go through identity verification at the “VIP Seat Identity Verification Booth.” Please ensure that you complete your registration within the registration period listed below. Please enter through the designated gate at the time specified for VIP seat entry. To find out which documents are required, please refer to the NEWS section on BTS JAPAN OFFICIAL FANCLUB SITE. ① BTS GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB ARMY MEMBERSHIP (GLOBAL/USA) "membership card" or "DIGITAL MEMBERSHIP CARD" Physical membership cards are only sent to those who purchased the membership kit. Those who do not have a physical membership card must prepare their "My Official Membership" screen on their smartphones before admission. Check the "DIGITAL MEMBERSHIP CARD" on the Weverse > More ( ⋮ ) > Membership screen. ② 1 valid form of ID with your photo ・Passport ・One of the following official identifications issued in Japan that include your name in English Student ID with your photo Basic resident ledger card with your photo My Number Card with your photo Driver's license Credit card with your photo Residence card (foreigner registration certificate) * The identity verification document other than the seven listed above will not be accepted. Please make sure to bring one of the seven documents listed above on the day of the concert. * A copy of the identity verification document or expired identifications will not be accepted. Please make sure to bring the physical copy. ③ Printout that shows the ticket winner e-mail or shows the "Winner Screen" Make sure to bring a printout of the e-mail that was sent upon winning the raffle or the "Winner Screen" on "My Page" on the Lawson Ticket entry page. * If you do not bring the printed document, we will not be able to issue your ticket. * We will not be able to issue tickets to those who are the winner himself/herself or cannot complete identity verification. ※Those who are unable to verify their identity may not be permitted to enter. We ask for your understanding. 【Important Information for VIP Ticket Holders】 ・VIP seat ticket holders may attend the Sound Check event before the actual show and watch the Sound Check event and the actual show at the same seat in the VIP seats in the arena area. ・Please note that once you have entered the Sound Check Event, you must remain inside the venue until the end of the main concert. Re-entry to the venue will not be allowed if you leave during the event. However, you will be allowed to go to the bathroom, stores within the performance venue, or the lobby for some rest and fresh air. ・Please note that we do not provide partial or full refunds for tickets if you are unable to attend the Sound Check Event due to personal circumstances. ・Please be aware that if you arrive late for registration and/or after the admission start time, you may not be able to enter the Sound check Event in the middle of the performance. In this case, you will be allowed to enter during the regular entrance time for the concert. ※ We do not answer any questions related to seating arrangements, including the location of the VIP seat arena. ※ Please be advised that the event time is subject to change due to unavoidable factors.
