[STORE POLICY] Visitors who enter the pop-up store are considered to have agreed to the following terms and conditions. - Certain items can be sold out early due to limited quantities. - CCTV recording is in progress inside the store for the safety of visitors and employees. - Only service animals will be allowed inside the store. - No food and drinks are allowed inside the store. - Please be aware that we will not be responsible for any loss, damages, or theft. - Photos and videos taken in store may be uploaded on social media channels. - Commercial photography and filming without prior consent are not allowed. [PURCHASING POLICY] - Payment can be made by debit/credit card or True Money only. Cash is not accepted. - Please check all of your products before making a payment. - You will not be allowed to change anything once you pay. - Exchanges or refunds will not be provided after sale. - If a purchased item is found to have defects, it can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Refunds for items with defects will be provided only if replaceable items have been sold out. Exchange requires approval from the staff, and may be refused for the following reasons: ✓ No unboxing video ✓ Customer damage to packaging or labels (e.g. cutting, loss of components, product damage or missing packaging) ✓ Used, worn, or washed products ✓ Products damaged due to customer negligence * The decision of the pop-up store operation team is final.
