BTS EXHIBITION : Proof in JAKARTA *This is a ticketing guide for the BTS EXHIBITION : Proof in JAKARTA Exhibition Information Event date: 17 Nov - 10 Dec 2023 Hours: 10:30 AM - 20:30 PM Location: City Hall, Pondok Indah Mall 3, lt.5 Ticket prices: Rp 450.000 (Monday - Thursday) Rp 550.000 (Friday - Sunday/Public Holiday) *Ticket prices exclude of 10% tax and admin fee *Free random exclusive photocard (1pc/ticket) *Max 4 tickets/transaction About Ticket - When and where can I purchase the ticket? Tickets are available on btsproofjakarta.com starting 25th September 2023 at 10 AM(WIB) - Can I buy the tickets on the spot? No—All tickets must be purchased in advance via btsproofjakarta.com. - How many tickets can I purchase? You can purchase a maximum of 4 tickets/transactions. - Do I need to print the e-ticket? Not necessarily—You may show your e-ticket in any form (i.e. Mobile devices, prints, etc.) - Is there any age restriction to visit the exhibition? Yes, strictly no admission for infants in arms or children aged below 6 years old. Anyone between 6 - 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult 18 and over. 1 ticket is valid for only 1 visitor. Accompanying personnel must also be holding a ticket in order to enter. About The Exhibition - How many sessions are there per day? 10 sessions per day with a duration of 60 minutes/session. - How long can I stay inside the exhibition? You have a total of 60 minutes to explore the exhibition and merchandise area. - Can I re-enter after I leave the exhibition? No, there is no re-entry policy for this exhibition. - Will there be exclusive merchandise sales available at the exhibition location? Yes, exclusive merchandise will be available inside the exhibition and will only be available for the ticket holders to purchase. Please note, merchandise shopping time is part of your 60-minute session hour. - Can I change or enter at a different session time? You cannot change or enter beyond the time session that you have selected at the time of purchase, under any circumstances. - If my friends or family are in different time sessions, can we enter at the same time? No, everyone must enter according to their corresponding session times, stated on their tickets - When can I start queuing before my time session? Please arrive 30 minutes before your session to start queuing. - What if I arrive late? You cannot enter past 40 minutes from the start of your session time. Please arrive in a timely manner as tickets cannot be canceled/refunded. - Can I return to the previous spot while at the exhibition location? This exhibition will have a one-way flow and visitors may not reverse back to certain spots, where they have already passed. About Merchandise - Exclusive merchandise will be available inside the exhibition and will only be available for the ticket holders to purchase. - You can shop at the merchandise store after your viewing time slot concludes, and please note that re-entry is not allowed once you leave. - Please note, merchandise shopping time is part of your 60-minute session hour. - Each ticket holder will be granted a merchandise order form to purchase merchandise items. - Purchase can only be made with the official merchandise order form. - No exchange and no refund for all purchased merchandise items. - Only accept cashless payments. Documentation Policy Visitors are strictly prohibited from bringing any type of photographing or recording devices (professional/semi-professional) or handycams into the exhibition. Only cellphones will be allowed as a form of camera. Visitors are prohibited from photographing and/or video recording while inside the exhibition EXCEPT in designated areas, where allowed to photograph only. Your cell phone must be put away in your pocket/bag when outside of the designated photo areas. Keep these in mind! - Please avoid visiting the exhibition hall if you have tested positive or are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. - Any illegal sale of goods around the exhibition hall on the day of the exhibition is prohibited. If discovered, you may be held legally liable. - To ensure visitor’s safety and ordinance on the day of exhibition, any unauthorized personal events (distributing goods, performances, etc.) will be prohibited near the exhibition hall. - Please avoid dangerous activities such as running around the exhibition hall area in groups. - The organizers do not provide assistance for wheelchair users, please come with an adult companion.
