GUEST INFORMATION & PURCHASING GUIDE We are pleased to announce our guest information & purchasing guide for [BTS POP-UP: MAP OF THE SOUL Showcase in PETALING JAYA] Operation Schedule Starting Date: 8 Sept 2021 – 31 Jan 2022 Operating hours: 10.00 AM to 8.00 PM (Subject to change based on Covid-19 SOP) Location: 1 Utama Shopping Centre, G316 Ground Floor, LUXE Zone Admission 1. In compliance with the government’s protocols on contact tracing should there be an exposure of COVID-19 among our visitors, please proceed to the respective queue lanes for MySejahtera check-in. 2. No food and drinks are allowed in BTS POP-UP Showcase. 3. No re-entry is allowed. 4. Virtual queue system will be provided at the entrance counter. 5. To ensure a safer environment in the BTS POP-UP Showcase, admission is strictly for fully vaccinated visitor ONLY during Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the National Recovery Plan. Please present your digital vaccination certificate to our staff for verification purpose at the entrance before entry. COVID-19 SOP Guideline In view of the current COVID-19 situation, we will be taking the following measures; 1. Limiting the number of patrons in BTS POP-UP Showcase at a maximum of 30 PAX at any one time to ensure safe distancing between patrons and staff. 2. Masks to be on at all times. 3. Hand sanitizers at the entrance, exit and cashier counter. 4. Entry queuing of 1-metre physical distancing at all times. 5. Cashier counter queuing of 1-metre physical distancing at all times. 6. Hand gloves will be provided at the entrance. 7. The Covid-19 SOP guideline for BTS POP-UP Showcase is subject to change depend on the updates of SOP by National Security Council from time to time. Purchase Notice 1. Each session may carry different products and may sold out early due to limited quantity. 2. BTS POP-UP Showcase item can only be purchased once after the entrance. 3. Payment can be made via Cash, Debit/Credit Card and 1PAY. 4. Please note that exchange or refund will not be provided for change of mind, designs or sizes of products. 5. In the case of any defective item, exchange or refund will only be provided on the same day of purchase. Do double check all the products upon payment. Exchange / Refund Policy 1. Exchange or refund can only be made on the day of purchase at the BTS POP-UP Showcase. Please bring along the receipt and credit card used for payment. 2. If the products you wish to exchange are out of stock, a refund will be issued to you instead. 3. Products for exchange must be in its original packaging with the label tag on. 4. Exchange and refund may be rejected for the following cases: - Change of mind - Damaged packaging or label (cut, lost, damaged label or missing packaging) caused by customer - Product that has odor, perfume or signs of being used, worn or washed 5. For more information on exchange or refund, please approach our staff before entering the BTS POP-UP Showcase. Notice for Patrons By entering to the BTS POP-UP Showcase, all patrons are agreeable to the following terms & conditions; 1. Every patron will be able to enter BTS POP-UP Showcase for a maximum stay of Forty-Five (45) minutes. 2. Please wear a mask at all times and maintain safe distancing of 1 meter in the BTS POP-UP Showcase to prevent the spread of COVID-19. 3. Anyone who does not wear a mask and does not comply with the COVID-19 SOP guidelines at the point of entry and inside the BTS POP-UP Showcase may be asked to leave. 4. Please be responsible for your own personal belongings. BTS POP-UP Showcase Management will not be responsible for any loss, damages or theft. 5. No food and drinks or pets are allowed in the BTS POP-UP Showcase. 6. For the safety of our patrons and staff, CCTVs are in operation. 7. Photography or videography for commercial or promotional purposes that is not agreed on in advance may be restricted. 8. BTS POP-UP Showcase Management reserves the right to refuse admission and/or dismiss any patron(s) that conduct is disorderly or inappropriate. 9. We may take pictures & videos inside BTS POP-UP Showcase, and these images or videos may be uploaded through HYBE’s official channels, social media platforms, etc. We seek your kind understanding.
