[STORE INFORMATION] Date: 25 November 2023 – 21 January 2024 Operating Hours: 11am to 8pm (Mondays to Thursdays) and 11am to 9pm (Fridays to Sundays) Location: Orchard Cineleisure, 8 Grange Road, #02-11, Singapore 239695 [STORE POLICY] - Visitors who enter the BTS pop-up store are considered to have agreed to the following terms and conditions: - Products at the pop-up store are limited in quantity and may sell out before the end of the pop-up store period. - Consumption of food and beverages is not allowed inside the store. - No animals, other than service animals, are allowed inside the store. - CCTV recording is in progress inside the store for the safety of visitors and employees. - Visitors are to exercise their own caution with their personal belongings. BTS POP-UP: SPACE OF BTS IN SINGAPORE is not responsible for any loss, damage, theft or injury. - Photos or videos taken in the store may be used for promotional purposes. - Commercial photography and filming by visitors without prior permission are not allowed. - Visitors behaving in a disorderly manner may be refused entry or asked to leave. The staff and operations team reserve the right to request any visitor to leave if they do not comply with the terms and conditions. - All decisions of the pop-up store team are final. [PURCHASE POLICY] - Payment can be made by credit card, debit card. No cash will be accepted. - Please check all your products before making a payment. - All shopping bags are chargeable. - For certain products, there might be a limit to the number of purchases per item due to the limited quantity. Please refer to details in store for more information. - Exchanges or refunds can only be made for defective goods. - If a purchased item is found to have defects, it can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase for the same item. Refunds for items with defects will be provided only if purchased items are sold out. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, you may exchange for a different item. The exchanged item must be of equal or greater value, and if the value is higher, you will need to pay the difference. - For exchange, please approach the pop-up store staff. - Exchange requires approval by the store staff, and may be refused for the following reasons: *Used, worn or washed products *Products damaged to customer negligence *Damage to packaging or labels (e.g. cutting, loss of components, product damage or missing packaging) *Evidence that products were purchased purely for the filming of unboxing videos
