Hello. This is your BTS Fanclub manager. We would like to provide some information on the sales schedule for the Merch Box available for purchase by ARMY MEMBERSHIP: MERCH PACK membership holders. Please check the information below for more details. Merch Box #16 sales begins : 2 PM, Tuesday, April 30, 2024 (KST) We would like to thank ARMY for sending us your unwavering love and support for BTS. Thank you. ※ Important information - Products will not be available once the inventory is exhausted. - The sales schedule indicated above is subject to change. - Please note that additional purchases of the same items are not permitted. - Merch Boxes #17 and #18 will be available for the third and fourth quarter of 2024, respectively. We will provide additional details in a separate announcement. - MERCH PACK membership holders can select and purchase a total of four Merch Boxes during your membership period. Ex.: After signing up for the MERCH PACK membership on January 31, 2024 you will be able to purchase four Merch Boxes to be subsequently released. - You will be unable to receive refunds for any of the four Merch Boxes that you have not purchased during your MERCH PACK membership period Ex.: If you signed up for a MERCH PACK MEMBERSHIP on January 31, 2024 and did not purchase a total of four Merch Boxes from the Merch Boxes released during the membership period due to depletion of inventory or other reasons, you cannot receive a refund for un-purchased Merch Boxes.
