No registration or reservation is required to enter the pop-up store. 2. There is no entrance fee to enter the pop-up store. We advise customers to be cautious of any scams related to BTS POP-UP: MONOCHROME claiming to be from Metro Department Store. We are not responsible for any losses incurred by such activities. 3. To ensure fair treatment for each customer, we provide queue numbers that can be obtained in the designated area. 4. Queue numbers will be distributed starting at 9 AM at the Mini Atrium located in the North Lobby Entrance. 5. We ask customers to please maintain an orderly and organized queue. 6. Queue numbers have limited quotas each day, following the capacity and operating hours of the pop-up store. 7. If the daily quota of the queue number has been fulfilled, customers can come back the next day. 8. The queue may close ahead of schedule due to unexpected circumstances. 9. Customers can enter the pop-up store according to the time stated on their queue number. 10. Customers can enter only through the designated pop-up store entrance and must present their queue number to our staff. 11. To ensure a comfortable shopping experience, only a maximum of 40 customers are allowed inside the pop-up store at any given time. 12. Each customer is given a maximum of 30 minutes inside the pop-up store, including time to browse products and make payments. We appreciate your cooperation in making the best shopping experience. 13. Upon exiting the pop-up store, immediate re-entry is not permitted. Please queue once again by obtaining a queue number if the quota is still available. [Store Policy] Customers who enter the pop-up store are considered to have agreed to the following terms and conditions: 1. Products at the pop-up store are limited in quantity and may sell out before the end of the pop-up store period. 2. Consumption of food and beverages is not allowed inside the store. 3. Backpacks, bulky sports bags, weekender bags, and other large bags are not allowed inside the store. 4. No pets are allowed inside the store. 5. For the safety of all customers and staff, please refrain from bringing sharp objects, flammable items, and other dangerous goods into the pop-up store. 6. For hygiene reasons, customers are not allowed to try on products in the pop-up store. 7. CCTV surveillance cameras are in operation to ensure the safety of our customers. 8. Customers are to exercise caution with their personal belongings. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or injury. 9. Customers behaving in a disorderly manner may be refused entry or asked to leave. The staff and operations team reserve the right to request any visitor to leave if they do not comply with the terms and conditions. 10. All decisions of the pop-up store team are final. [Making Your Purchase] 1. There might be a limit to the number of purchases per item for certain products due to the limited quantity. Please refer to details in store for more information. 2. Products may sell out early. 3. All methods of payment are accepted (Cash, debit card, credit card, and QRIS). 4. All the promotions held at the pop-up store may conclude early once the quotas are fulfilled. - You cannot split your payment for a single order to participate in the promotion multiple times. - Receipts cannot be combined to participate in the promotion. An exchange or refund will be available should there be any defects in the product, but only on the day of the purchase. - Bring your payment receipt to be offered an exchange for the same product, another product of equal value, or a product of higher value by paying the price difference. - You will receive a refund if the product you would like to exchange for is out of stock. 2. Exchange or refund requires approval by the store staff, and will be denied in the following cases: - Simple change of mind. - Missing or damaged product labels or tags, or if the packaging is opened. - When the product shows signs of use or has been used. - Products with damaged or lost value due to negligence on the customer’s part (such as improper storage or handling). - Evidence that products were purchased purely for the filming of unboxing videos. 3.
