[RSVP Information] - RSVP will be available on 5/6 (Mon) on monochromeinla.com. - Each slot is an hour long, and you may exit after your slot is finished. [Entry Information] - You must arrive at least 5 minutes before your RSVP slot starts and wait in the line outside of the store as guided by the staff members. (Entrance may be restricted if you arrive after your slot starts.) - Walk-in visitors are accepted but the entrance is not guaranteed. - Chairs and tents are not allowed while waiting. - Behaviors that may harm other visitors may be restricted by the on-site security and the management team. - After opening, you will be guided into the entrance by the staff members in order. [Management Policy] Visitors entering the pop-up store are considered to agree to the following: - All items are limited in quantity and can be sold out early and not available. - Items may have a purchase quantity limit. - Food and beverage consumption is not allowed in the store. - All animals except for service animals are restricted. - Visitors should pay attention to personal belongings. - BTS POP-UP : MONOCHROME in LA is not responsible for loss, damage, and theft of the visitors’ belongings or injury. - Photos or videos are allowed in the store. - No commercial photography or photography of visitors is allowed without prior permission from the team. - The management team may ask visitors to leave if they do not comply with the pop-up policies or are considered to be harmful to other visitors.
