[Operation Information] - Operating Period : May 16, 2024 (Thu) - May 27, 2024 (Mon) - Operating Hours : 5/16 (Thu) ~ 5/19 (Sun): 10:00 AM ~ 8:00 PM 5/20 (Mon) ~ 5/23 (Thu): 12:00 PM ~ 8:00 PM 5/24 (Fri) ~ 5/27 (Mon): 10:00 AM ~ 8:00 PM - Location : 5522 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90036 [Entry Information] - Each slot is an hour long, and you may be instructed to exit once your slot is finished. - You must arrive at least 10 minutes before your RSVP slot starts and wait in the line outside of the store as guided by staff members. - Entrance may be restricted if you arrive after your slot has started. - Walk-in visitors are accepted, but the entrance is not guaranteed. - You must have your RSVP confirmation email and ID with you. - Chairs and tents are not allowed while waiting. - Behaviors that may harm other visitors may be restricted by on-site security and the management team. - After once your slot starts, staff members outside will guide you into the entrance. [Management Policy] Visitors entering the pop-up store are considered to agree to the following: - Food and beverage consumption is not allowed inside the store. - All animals are restricted except for service animals. - BTS POP-UP : MONOCHROME in LA is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of visitors’ belongings or injury. - Photos and videos are permitted. - By entering this site, you consent to being recorded and photographed. - The management team reserves the right to ask visitors to leave if they fail to comply with pop-up policies or pose a risk to other visitors. [Purchase Information] - All sales prices do not include sales tax. - Only credit card payment is accepted. Please note that certain credit cards may not be accepted due to policies and conditions set by the company. - We do not accept refunds or exchanges. - Exchanges due to product defects can only be processed on-site with the receipt, so please check your items before leaving the pop-up site. - There will be daily restocking, but some items may be sold out early and not available. - First 200 people each day to spend $250 or more will receive an exclusive Monochrome lanyard with a photo ID card. - For each purchase of BTS's 'Proof' album on-site, you will receive a random photocard. - For each purchase of a solo album on-site, you will receive a mini poster featuring the respective member.
