June 13, 2024, 3:00 PM (KST) ※ The first session "Jin’s Greetings" is a time for light hugs with Jin per request from the artist, and is expected to last about three hours. ※ If you do not wish to hug, you can shake the artist’s hand instead. ※ There will be no storage room available at this venue. You can only bring bags smaller than 20cm x 20cm when entering the venue. For the hugging/handshake event, participants must leave all their belongings, including bags, at their designated seats. ※ Any equipment capable of taking photos or videos (including disposable/professional cameras and action cameras), items deemed dangerous due to sharp edges or surfaces, or any items considered unnecessary for the event (speakers, megaphones, etc.) will not be allowed. Participants carrying these items may be denied entry to the venue even if they have tickets. ※ Once you enter the venue, you may take your designated seat. When the hugging/handshake event begins, follow the guidance of the security staff to move in groups and participate in the event. After participating, you may return to your designated seat and watch the event until the event part 1 concludes. ※ The security staff may intervene and stop participants who attempt to join the hugging/handshake event without leaving their belongings at their seats. The winner announcement and the event process will use the information you submitted to the raffle. 6. Those with nationalities other than South Korean can enter the raffle with the English names that appear on their valid photo ID. Please note that the name of the person who entered the raffle must match the name on the passport. (Names entered in Korean will not be accepted.) 7. Canceling your album order after entering the raffle will result in exclusion from the raffle. 9. If you enter the raffle after purchasing the albums, those albums cannot be accepted for returns OR be canceled after the raffle has ended, even if you did not win. 10. Once the raffle winners are announced, all orders you used to enter the event raffle will be set to "Preparing Products" status. You will not be able to cancel the order or request a refund even if you did not win the raffle. 11. Only the raffle winner is permitted to participate in the event. 12. The raffle winning cannot be used to admit someone else to the event, and it cannot be transferred or sold. If you are found selling or transferring the winning raffle, or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission. 13. The raffle winners must bring a valid photo ID to enter the event venue on the day of the event. You will not be allowed to participate if you do not have a valid photo ID in person. 14. According to the WEVERSE COMPANY policies regarding the collection and use of personal information, the event is available for those born on or before June 13, 2010. Those under the age (born on or after June 14, 2010) cannot enter the venue even when accompanied by a guardian. ※ What is a valid photo ID? - South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App) - Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration) * Other IDs (e.g. student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed. * Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app at the venue. * The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied. * All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid. * If the photo on your ID is not a photo of you, or if the photo is damaged and unidentifiable, your ID will not be accepted. * If the information on your ID is hard to discern or understand, it will not be accepted as a valid ID. * An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and a name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office. * If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted. * For customers who entered the raffle with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they entered the raffle with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff. * When verifying your ID, we may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc. to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs. * If you provided your name in English when purchasing your ARMY membership, you need your passport to verify your identity and other IDs will not be accepted. * If you purchased a JAPAN membership with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify your identity with a passport, you may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language you provided.
