First of all, we once again apologize for the inconvenience we caused during the entry process. We have updated the raffle eligibility criteria for the 2024 FESTA in-person event with Jin as follows: We have revised the eligibility criteria so that those who purchased Jin’s solo single The Astronaut or BTS’s Proof from weverse shop GLOBAL before the notice on Sunday, June 2, 2024, at 11:00 AM (KST) can enter the raffle, regardless of whether they made a new purchase. Also, to avoid disadvantaging those who purchased the album(s) (Proof, The Astronaut, Indigo, FACE, D-DAY, Jack In The Box, Layover, GOLDEN, HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1, Right Place, Wrong Person) after the notice on Sunday, June 2, 2024 at 11:00 AM (KST), the previously announced criteria still applies as well. Please kindly understand that the eligibility criteria reflects what is possible within the current system and the given schedule. Since FESTA is an event for BTS, we have decided to include Proof, the group’s most recently released album, and The Astronaut, a solo single by the member Jin, who will be hosting the in-person event at the FESTA this year. In addition, the first session of the event, “Jin’s Greetings,” has been confirmed after many discussions between the artist and the related departments. We will do our utmost to ensure the safety of both fans and the artist through measures such as dress rehearsals. Once again, we would like to thank you for your anticipation and support regarding Jin’s upcoming military discharge, and we apologize for any inconvenience we caused during the preparation of the event. We will humbly accept any criticisms you send forward in the spirit of your love and affection for the artist, and do our best to make it an enjoyable event for everyone.
