The official merchandise can be purchased in two ways: on-site pick up after purchasing from Weverse Shop or on-site purchase. Please refer to the information below on how to make your purchase. 1. How to Pre-Purchase on WEVERSE SHOP for On-Site Pick Up Weverse Shop members can purchase the official merchandise on Weverse Shop BTS (GLOBAL), then pick up their purchases on-site at the 2024 FESTA Ground Event. 1) OFFICIAL ON-SITE Weverse Shop PICK UP BOOTH * Sales Date/Time - From 10 AM to 6 PM, Thursday, June 13, 2024 * On-Site Pick Up Date From 10 AM to 6:30 PM, Thursday, June 13, 2024 * On-Site Pick Up Location - Sports Park, Jamsil Sports Complex (near Woongbi Statue) [Important Information] * Weverse Shop members can purchase the official merchandise through the Weverse Shop BTS (GLOBAL) after coming within a 2.5 km radius of the 2024 FESTA Ground Event venue, then pick up their purchases on site. * How to Pre-Purchase OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE on Weverse Shop and Pick Up On-Site ① Click on the [Weverse Shop] icon at the bottom left of Weverse Home - BTS (GLOBAL) - Purchase the [On-Site Pick up Only] product from the Pick Up category ② Weverse > Check the QR Code on [My Orders] in More. ③ Present your QR code to the staff when at the on-site Pick Up area, and pick up your purchases * Sales may end early when inventories for all items are exhausted. * Purchase Limit - A maximum of one OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK SPECIAL EDITION can be purchased per customer. - For all products, with the exception of OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK SPECIAL EDITION, a maximum of three items can be purchased per customer. For products that come in more than one option, up to three items can be purchased per option. Exchange due to product defects can only be provided on-site at the venue, so please check your purchased item for defects upon receiving it. When exchanging a product due to a defect, your Weverse Shop purchase must be verified. Official Light Stick Concert Information The 2024 FESTA Ground Event will feature light sticks synced with the event and does not require pairing of light sticks through the official light stick app. * Please make sure you insert new alkaline batteries before the concert. * The Official Light Stick requires three alkaline batteries. * If your battery level is low, the brightness of your light stick may decrease and the wireless control may stop. * Please refer to the “2024 FESTA GROUND Event Official Light Stick User Guide” provided in a separate notice for detailed pairing information. 4.
