We would like to provide detailed information on <ARTSPACE: TYPE 1>, which is being held to commemorate the release of V’s photobook, “TYPE 1.” [Operation Information] ■ Operating Period: July 12, 2024 (Fri) – July 12, 2024 (Sun) / Closed on July 15 (Mon) ■ Operating Hours: From 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (KST) ■ Location: PLATFORM-L (11 Eonju-ro 133-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul) [Entry Information] ■ Reservations - Reservation Method: Melon Ticket (Domestic: Mobile ticket / Global booking: On-site ticket pickup) - Ticket On-Sale Date: July 11, 2024 (Thu) 11:00 AM (KST) * The viewing time for each round is limited to 30 minutes. * ARTSPACE and SHOP operations will close at 7:30 PM, so please keep that in mind when visiting. ■ Reservation Entry Guide 1. Entry and use of <ARTSPACE: TYPE 1> is only possible on the date and time specified through online reservation, and you cannot re-enter the exhibit after exiting. 2. Reservations are limited to one per person per ID. Only customers who have made a reservation can enter. Accompanying guests must make a separate reservation. 3. Verification of reservation information and identity will be conducted upon entry. Please visit the ARTSPACE site at your reservation time and have your ID and mobile ticket ready. Please make sure to bring your actual ID (Screenshots or images not accepted). * Korean nationality holders: Passport (unexpired), driver’s license, resident registration card, youth ID * Non-Korean nationality holders: Residence card, passport * For children under 14 years of age, reservations can only be made with a mobile phone number in the person’s name, and consent from a guardian is required when the reservation is made. Please note that you must enter the guardian’s mobile phone number and then enter the verification number to complete the reservation. * If you do not have a cell phone in your name, you can enter after making a reservation using a guardian’s account and verifying your family relationship certificate. Please be sure to bring all of the items indicated below. Entry will be restricted if required documents are not provided. - Reservation details (check the Reservation Details page after logging in to your account) - ID of the person who made the reservation (actual or copy) - ID of the actual visitor (actual or copy) - Family relations certificate (actual or copy) 4. On-site ticket pickup will be available for global reservations only. If you are not the original ticket purchaser, you cannot exchange the ticket or pick it up on the original purchaser’s behalf. 5. You can pick up your ticket at the on-site ticket booth on the day of your reservation after verifying your ID and reservation details. Tickets can only be exchanged within the 30 minutes before entry time for each round. (For 1st Round, pickup is available starting at 10 AM, and unavailable at other times) 6. Ticket check-in will begin ten minutes before the reservation time, and entry may be restricted after the time for the reserved round. To ensure a smooth entry process, please check the time in advance for the round you have reserved, and visit within the designated time. 7. Entry wristbands will be distributed at the time of ticket check-in. You must wear the wristband to enter. Please note that wristbands cannot be reissued if damaged or lost. 8. Reservation rounds and dates cannot be changed on-site. If you wish to change your reservation, please cancel and re-book. ■ Mobile Ticket Guide 1. Mobile tickets are used for this exhibition. Physical tickets will not be provided. 2. You can find your mobile ticket in your Reservation Details page immediately after purchasing it. 3. 24 hours before the reserved visit time, the mobile ticket [Use] button will be activated and the QR code can be checked. 4. Mobile tickets can only be checked through the Melon Ticket app. To ensure smooth entry wristband replacement, please install the latest version of the Melon Ticket app in advance. (Melon Ticket App > My Tickets > Reservation Details > Mobile Tickets) 5. Screenshots or copies of mobile tickets (QR codes) will NOT be accepted for entry. 6. If you make a reservation on the global page, mobile tickets cannot be issued. You will receive a regular basic ticket (Melon Ticket) after verifying your identity on site. ■ Usage Guide 1. <ARTSPACE: TYPE 1> entry reservations are made exclusively through “Melon Ticket” and can be made without paying any additional fees. 2. All reservations must be made in advance; on-site reservation is not possible. 3. Those who make online reservations can enter only on the date/time reserved. 4. There is no dedicated parking area. Please use a nearby public parking lot. 5. To ensure an optimal experience for all visitors, the number of visitors is limited. 6. Depending on on-site circumstances, entry time may be delayed past the reserved time. 7. Please understand that even those who have made reservations may have to wait on site. 8. It is difficult to move in the reverse direction of the guided route. For optimal viewing, please move in the correct direction and cooperate with any requests or guidance from the on-site staff. 9. Please avoid activities that interfere with the viewing experience of other people in the audience; please follow staff instructions if you are found to be engaging in such activities. 10. Re-entry is not permitted after you have left ARTSPACE. 11. Please note that photographs and videos containing visitors’ faces may appear in content that will be released in the future. 12. To ensure a comfortable viewing experience for all, visitors are prohibited from bringing in animal companions or outside food and drinks. 13. All areas inside ARTSPACE are non-smoking. ■ On-Site Product Guide ※ Customers who make a purchase totaling 50,000 won or more will receive 1 photo ticket randomly selected out of 3 possible types ※ Gift example: Spend 50,000 won or more: 1 photo ticket / ... / Spend 150,000 won or more: 3 photo tickets (without repeats) ※ Customers who make a purchase totaling 200,000 won or more will receive a PVC mini pouch + 3-sticker set ※ - The giveaway may end early due to limited quantities of gifts. - Eligibility for this event is based on the sales price in Korean won (KRW, ₩). - Please note that minor scratches and ink splatters that may occur due to the nature of the gift material are not considered defects. - When canceling/refunding/returning a purchased product, any gifts received must also be returned for normal processing. - You will receive your gift after payment when you pick up your product at the Merch Shop. ■ Precautions when Purchasing a Product 1. All transactions are made in Korean won (KRW), and payment may be made in cash or credit card. As government policy prohibits free disposable shopping bags in pop-ups, shopping bags are sold for a fee. 9. In case of defective products or missing components, exchanges can only be made at the ARTSPACE site during the pop-up site operation period, so please check your purchased item for defects upon receiving it. After ARTSPACE operations end, exchanges or returns cannot be made through the online store customer center or elsewhere.
