[Operating Information] ■ DATE: 2024.07.12 (FRI) - 2024.07.21 (SUN) ■ TIME: MONDAY TO SATURDAY: 10AM to 9:00PM (PST) SUNDAY: 11AM to 7PM ■ LOCATION: Metropolis at Metrotown (1F 4700 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC V5H 4M5 Canada) [On-site Entry Information] ※ <ARTSPACE: TYPE 1> operates on an on-site first-come, first-served basis. - <ARTSPACE: TYPE 1> and SHOP will close at 9:00 PM (PST) from Monday to Saturday, so please consider this when visiting. - <ARTSPACE: TYPE 1> and SHOP will close at 7:00 PM (PST) on Sundays, so please consider this when visiting. - On-site waiting entry information - <ARTSPACE: TYPE 1> allows on-site waiting entry and use, and re-entry is not allowed after leaving. - On-site waiting for <ARTSPACE: TYPE 1> is available from 9:00 AM (PST), one hour before opening from Monday to Saturday. - On-site waiting for <ARTSPACE: TYPE 1> is available from 10:00 AM (PST), one hour before opening on Sundays. - The waiting closing time will vary depending on the number of visitors and will be informed on-site. - A wristband will be distributed during the waiting period, and you must wear it to enter. Please be careful since wristbands cannot be reissued if they are lost or damaged. ■ Usage Guide - We are limiting the number of visitors at a time for a smoother viewing experience. - Entry time may be delayed depending on the on-site operation circumstances. - It is difficult to move in the opposite direction of the designated route. Please move forward to ensure smooth viewing and cooperate with the instructions and guidance of the on-site staff. - Please refrain from any behavior that hinders the viewing of other visitors. If there is excessive interference, you may be subject to sanctions by the on-site staff. - Re-entry after exiting <ARTSPACE: TYPE 1> is not allowed. - Please be aware that portraits captured in photos and videos taken on-site may be used for future content. [On-site GOODS Information] ※ 1 special ticket for each photobook purchase ※ Sticker Set (3EA) for Purchases 30.00CAD or More (excluding photobooks) - The gifts are provided only to purchasers. - The gifts may be limited in quantity and may be sold out early. - This event is based on the selling price in CAD. - Please note that the slight scratches and ink smudges that may occur due to the nature of the giveaway items are not defects. - Cancellation/refund/return due to simple change of mind after purchasing the product is not allowed. - In the case of defective products, the gifts should be returned along with the cancellation/refund/return for proper handling. - The gift will be provided at the SHOP after payment and product collection. ■ Precautions for purchasing GOODS - The image is provided as an example to help understand the product. - The design, size, and material of the actual product may change during production. - Each product can be purchased up to a maximum of 5 per item and option. If the purchase exceeds the quantity limit, the payment may be refused or canceled. The purchase quantity limit may vary depending on the sales situation. - All products are prepared in limited quantities and may be sold out early. However, if the stock is depleted, on-site pre-order is possible. - All transactions are made in Canadian dollars (CAD), and cash and credit card payments are accepted. Payment may not be possible for certain cards due to the card company’s policies; restrictions may apply if the card is not in the buyer’s name. - As per government policy, complimentary shopping bags will not be provided pop-up stores. Please note that shopping bags can be purchased. - In the case of product defects or missing components, exchanges can only be made at <ARTSPACE: TYPE 1> during the on-site operation period. Exchanges & Returns through online store customer service centers after the end of <ARTSPACE: TYPE 1> operation are not possible. - Please bring the receipt when exchanging the product. It may be difficult to process the exchange without a receipt. ■ Pre-Order - If all prepared products are sold out, you can place a pre-order following the guidance of the staff on-site. - For pre-orders, we will collect customer information, and provide pickup or delivery options. - After the conclusion of <ARTSPACE: TYPE 1>, customers who chose the pickup option can pick up their items at the nearest Amuse Ground offline store. - After the conclusion of <ARTSPACE: TYPE 1>, customers who chose the delivery option will have their items shipped to their address. - The estimated shipping period for pre-ordered items is at the end of August.
