[ARMY DAY Guide] - Operating Hours: 11 AM - 8 PM, Thursday, July 25, 2024 (KST) - Check-In Location: “MUSE” Smeraldo Garden 1F (24 Gwangpyeong-ro 34-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul) - Total No. of Entrants & Check-In Time: 810 people (90 people admitted per time slot) - DRESS/ITEM CODE: Flower 💐 * Only ARMY MEMBERSHIP raffle winners can attend <“MUSE” Smeraldo Garden> ARMY DAY. A SPECIAL GIFT will be provided on site. * Check-in begins 10 minutes before the opening of each time slot. Please line up 10 minutes before the time slot that corresponds to your winning number, and follow the instructions of the on-site staff. * If you are unable to visit within the designated time, check-in will not be possible (No late arrivals or reservations are allowed; you must leave at the end of viewing hours). * The surrounding areas of <“MUSE” Smeraldo Garden> may be crowded due to the venue’s close proximity to residential areas and driveways. We kindly ask that only those who qualify for the relevant time slot wait in the area. * You may view the event and buy merchandise after checking in on-site. * Participation in ARMY DAY is available only to those who are ARMY Membership holders AND have purchased Jimin (BTS) “MUSE” (Set) + “MUSE” (weverse albums ver.) Set from weverse shop (Global). [How to Participate] [Important Information] ▶ Required Item for Identity Verification: ID You will not be able to participate if you fail to present the required item. There will be NO exceptions, so please make sure to check the required item carefully. - You must bring your winning screen on weverse and a valid form of physical ID that can verify your identity. You are fully responsible for any consequences that may arise from not bringing a valid form of ID. - The information in your ID must be identical to your application information, and your name/date of birth/photo must all verify your identity. Photographs, printouts, or mobile screenshots will not be accepted. - If your ID does not match your actual likeness, you may be asked to present additional material for identity verification. We ask for your cooperation. ※ What are valid forms of ID? * For Korean Nationality Holders: Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Passport, Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS) * For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Residence Card - Your ID cannot be used to verify your identity if the photograph is not your photograph, or cannot be easily recognized due to stickers or markings. - We do not accept a screenshot of your mobile ID. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. - If you enter your name in English when signing up for your ARMY MEMBERSHIP, only your passport will be accepted as a valid form of ID. - You must use the name on the ID you will present at the event when applying. - Student IDs will not be accepted for identity verification. - Identity verification will not be possible with an expired ID. Please check the expiration date carefully. - When presenting an ID issuance confirmation, your personal information, photo, and expiration date must be covered with clear tape. If the clear tape is damaged or not present, the confirmation cannot be used to verify your identity. - For those who signed up at JP Shop, if you signed up in a language other than English and thus cannot verify with your English name on your passport, we may ask on-site for an additional ID card that shows your picture and your name in that language. We ask for your cooperation and preparation in advance. However, information of the applicants not selected for the event will be discarded immediately after the results have been announced. ※ Consent to Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties - Information Recipients: BIGHIT MUSIC Co., Ltd., WEVERSE COMPANY Inc. - Purpose of Provision: For identifying the eligibility to apply for an event reserved for BTS weverse community members and verifying identity during the event and operation of the event - Provided Information: Name (first and last), date of birth, mobile phone number - Period of Retention and Use: From the moment of application until within seven days after the termination of the fan event. However, information of the applicants not selected for the event will be discarded immediately after the results have been announced. * You have the right to deny consent.
