[Entry to the Merch Shop] - The Merch Shop is available only to visitors of the “The Truth Untold : 전하지 못한 진심” exhibition, and cannot be accessed separately. - The Merch Shop is located at the end of the exhibition route before you exit. Depending on on-site circumstances, there may be a delay in entry if the number of people using the shop exceeds the occupancy limit. - Re-entry to the exhibition or the Merch Shop is not permitted after exiting. - For more information on ticket reservation and the exhibition, please refer to HYBE INSIGHT’s announcement and reservation page. [Making Your Purchase and Precautions] - All merchandise may be sold out early, and cancellation or refund of exhibition tickets due to sold-out merchandise is not possible. - The number of items that can be purchased per person is limited depending on the product. Purchase limits for each product can be checked in the shop. - The purchase limit for each item is determined on a per-person basis and not on the number of tickets purchased. The purchase limit for each person is based on your allocated time slot. - Your payment may be turned down or canceled if the quantity of items exceeds the purchase limit. - Shopping bags can be obtained with a merchandise purchase for a fee but are not available for individual sale. - Payments can be made with credit cards and Samsung Pay.
