Select your preferred dates and apply. *You cannot change the date after you have submitted your application. *The date displayed in your event application is the date the performance is held and irrelevant with the date you applied for. Event applications are normally accepted on the date you applied for. *Please check your result and the winning number on the “My Events” page after the winners have been announced. *This event is open to those of age 14 and above who can sign up for an ARMY Membership. (Born on or before November 16, 2010) *You must fill out the form exactly as in the provided template below. You will not be allowed entry if your application does not follow the proper format. *You will not be able to modify your application after you hit “Apply,” so please proceed with the application in time. [What to Bring to the Event] *Failure to bring the required items will result in your entry being denied on the day of the event. *If you manage to retrieve the items within the check-in time, you may undergo the verification process again, but your entry may still be denied depending on on-site circumstances. 1) ID card (must include a recognizable photo) - For Korean Nationality Holders: Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Passport, Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS) - For Non-Korean Nationality Holders: Passport, Residence Card *Other forms of ID will not be accepted (e.g., Student ID, photocopy/photo of ID, a certified copy of ID, resident register, etc.) Student IDs will not be accepted for identity verification. *Photographs, printouts, or mobile screenshots of IDs will not be accepted. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. *Your ID should match the information you used in the application, and you must bring a physical ID containing your name, date of birth, and a photo. You will be restricted from participating if the information on your ID does not match the information on your application. *Only physical IDs that have not expired will be accepted as valid forms of identification. *An ID for Korean nationality holders must include a photo, clearly display the 13-digit resident registration number, and the holder’s name, and must be issued by the head of a public agency. *An application certificate must have a seal of the head of the agency, and personal information, including the photo, personal information, issue number, and expiry date, must be covered with clear tape. An ID suspected of forgery or alteration will not be accepted. *If you applied in a language other than English and thus your identity cannot be verified with an English name on your passport, we may request an additional ID card showing your picture and name in that language. We ask for your cooperation and preparation in advance. *While verifying your identity, we may request additional verification, such as asking questions to prevent cases of ticket transference or ID forgery. *If you entered your name in English when signing up for your ARMY Membership, only your passport will be accepted as valid. *Identity verification will not be possible with an expired ID. Transferring to another seat is strictly prohibited before and during the concert. We ask for your cooperation. - Entry may be denied once the show has begun. Please follow staff instructions for a smooth entry process. - Please note that you cannot participate in the event if you do not consent to the collection and use of personal information and the provision of your personal information to third parties. - We are not responsible for any issues accessing the page caused by network problems. - Dates and times for the application page are based on server time. - Any application made using unauthorized programs, applications by proxy through payment, application by a third party individual (friend, acquaintance, etc.), transfer and receipt of an entry number, and any other unauthorized activities will result in immediate disqualification of the entry number without exception. Those found to engage in such activities will be denied entry to the show and be subject to all sanctions that apply to no-shows at open music shows. - Posting a screenshot of your application is discouraged as it may lead to misuse of the information. Please do not share such a screenshot with anyone. (Any reports of such activities will lead to sanctions for the applicant.) - We recommend that you arrive with plenty of time to spare as the ticket pickup process may take some time. - Bringing food, beverages, hazardous materials (such as glass bottles, fireworks, or laser pointers), pets, flowers, or balloons into the venue is prohibited. - This concert will be simultaneously streamed online. Some views may be obstructed due to on-site equipment and performance design. Additionally, please be aware that some audience members may be recorded or appear in the video during the event. - You will not be able to apply multiple times for this event. (You can apply once per account) - We will check your QR code while verifying your identity at the entrance. The QR Code can be checked in My Events in BTS Weverse. Please make sure to run the Weverse app at the site as we do not accept screenshots. (At the site, the Wi-Fi network or hotspot connection may be weak.) - Please note that if you delete or cancel your Weverse Shop or Weverse account, your membership purchases will be deleted and cannot be recovered. - Please note that the contents of this notice may be subject to modifications and updates.
