[How to take part in ARMY DAY] - Operating hours: 10:30 AM - 7:20 PM, Thursday, November 21, 2024 (KST) - Check-in location: B1 of The Hyundai Seoul, Yeouidaero, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Rep. of Korea - Number of winners and check-in time: 810 people (90 people allowed entry per time slot) - DRESS CODE : ❤️💚💙 * Only the winners with ARMY MEMBERSHIP will be allowed entry to <“Happy” POP-UP: Running Wild to Happiness> ARMY DAY. A SPECIAL GIFT will be provided on-site. * Check-in will start 10 minutes before the opening time of each time slot. Please line up according to the instructions of the on-site staff, 10 minutes before your designated time slot that corresponds with your winning number. * If you are unable to visit within the time slot, check-in will not be possible. (That means no late arrivals or exceptions, and you must exit at the end of your viewing time) *Please wait only around the time of your designated time slot, as there is limited space in the entrance area to <“Happy” POP-UP : Running Wild to Happiness> . * For ARMY DAY, you may purchase merchandise and view the pop-up only after checking in on-site. * Only ARMY Membership holders who purchased Jin (BTS) “Happy” (Set) + “Happy” (Weverse Albums ver.) Set from the Weverse Shop (Global) are eligible to participate in ARMY DAY. You are responsible for presenting a valid form of ID. - The ID must match the participant’s application information, and it should clearly verify your name, date of birth, and photo. Photographs, printouts or mobile screenshots will not be accepted. - If your ID does not match your actual likeness, you may be asked to present additional material for identity verification. We ask for your cooperation. ※ What are valid forms of ID? * For Korean nationality holders: Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Passport, Youth ID (issued at Community Service Centers), Mobile ID (issued by Government24, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & National Police Agency, or PASS) * For non-Korean nationality holders: Passport, Alien Registration Card - Your ID cannot be used to verify your identity if the photograph is not yours, or cannot be easily recognized due to stickers or markings. - We do not accept a screenshot of your mobile ID. You may be asked to open and run the mobile ID app on-site. - If you entered your name in English when signing up for your ARMY MEMBERSHIP, only your passport will be accepted as valid. - You must use the name on the ID you will present at the event when applying to verify your identity in advance. - Student IDs will not be accepted for identity verification. - An expired ID will not be accepted for identity verification. Please check the expiration date carefully. - If you submit an ID issuance confirmation, there must be a transparent sticker on the personal details, photo, and expiration date. If the transparent sticker is damaged or not attached, identity verification with the confirmation will not be possible. - For those who signed up at JP Shop, if you signed up in a language other than English and thus cannot verify with the English name on your passport, we may ask on-site for an additional ID card that shows your picture and name in the language you signed up.
