You may line up 10 minutes before your scheduled time. - If you do not arrive within your reserved time, your reservation will be canceled, and you will not be allowed to enter. - You may only stay inside the POP-UP during your reserved time. - Entry delays may occur due to on-site conditions. Please follow staff instructions. - Re-entry to the POP-UP is not allowed. - No reservation is required for exchanges or returns. Just inform the staff at the entrance. [Event Access] - All customers who pre-ordered with Weverse Pick-Up will have access to the pop-up according to their scheduled pick-up date and time. - All customers who confirmed their RSVP will have access to the pop-up according to their scheduled visit time. - Entry is only valid for the scheduled time and allows single entry (no re-entry). - Your Weverse entry ticket will be activated only during your scheduled time. Find available timeslots on the reservation page and select one (date and time) to make a reservation. [Pick-Up Process & Considerations] Pick-Up Dates & Time (CST): - Friday, March 14 - Sunday, March 16, 2025, 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM - Friday, March 21 - Sunday, March 23, 2025, 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM Please Note for Reservation: - Customers who purchase On-Site Pick-up products can reserve a time slot to visit. - If you do not show up for your time slot, your reservation will be canceled. - You can visit only once per person. - You must pick up all your purchases at once. Partial pick-ups are not allowed. - You can find available timeslots on the reservation page. - You can cancel and reschedule your reservation before your time slot ends. How to Pick Up Official Merch: 1. Make a reservation and visit the POP-UP store on your reserved date and time. 2. Weverse → More → My Orders → Check your QR code. 3. Present your QR code to the staff at the pick-up zone and receive your purchases. Special Gifts for Pick-Up Customers: - Spend over MXN 700 and receive 1 exclusive photocard for every MXN 700 spent. - There is only one version of the photocard. [Important Purchase Notes] - No order cancellations are allowed after the pre-purchase period. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so by March 9, 2025, 11:59 PM (CST). - Refunds are NOT available for orders that are not picked up within the pickup period. - All products may sell out early. - Do not share the QR code for your purchases. There will be no identity verification at the pick-up zone. Anyone with access to your QR code can collect your purchase. - No refunds or exchanges will be allowed for change of mind. - Exchanges for defective products will only be available at the POP-UP store. Check your product immediately after pick-up and notify the staff if it is defective. If a defective product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund. - Shopping bags will NOT be provided. - There is a purchase limit per person. If you exceed the limit, staff may intervene and ask for your cooperation. - For questions regarding on-site pickup, contact customer support at the venue.
