[How to Check If You’ve Won] Check your raffle status [Event Date and Time] 12PM - 6 PM ET on Wednesday, March 12th, 2025 [Event Venue] I Love Dance: Manhattan 552 7th Ave #603, New York, NY 10018 [Event Details] [Check-in Process] * Check-in starts 30 minutes before each time slot. * Please note that we may ask you to leave the site quickly after the end of the dance class. * Please arrive and check in within the time period corresponding to your admission number. You will not be allowed to switch to a different session. [What to Bring] A valid photo ID for identity verification ※ What is a valid photo ID? - US nationality: Driver’s License, Passport, US Resident Registration Card, US Driver Learner’s Permit, etc. For winners over 13 years old and under 18 years old, official student ID will also be accepted. - Non-US nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration) * Other IDs (e.g. photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed. * Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app at the venue. * The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on the ID does not match the information entered for the raffle, you will be denied admission. * All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid. * If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted. * For customers who entered the raffle with a name in languages other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with their English names on their passports, they may be asked at the venue to present an additional ID that has a photo and their name in the language they used for the raffle. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff. * When verifying your ID, we may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc. to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs. - This event is subject to change and cancellation without prior notice. [Please Note (For raffle winners)] ※ It is up to the winners to check the notices and guidelines. Please read the notices thoroughly and be mindful of the guidelines to prevent any disadvantages that may disrupt your event participation. 1. According to the WEVERSE COMPANY policies regarding the collection and use of personal information, the event is available for those born on or before March 12, 2012. Those between the ages of 13 & 17 must be accompanied by a guardian. 2. Please make your way with enough time to spare as the ticket distribution may take a long time. 3. The raffle winning cannot be used to admit someone else to the event, and it cannot be transferred or sold. If you are found selling or transferring the ticket, you will be denied admission to the event. 4. Admission may be temporarily unavailable after the event starts. Please follow the guidelines of the staff for admission. 5. Please note that pictures or videos of attendees may be taken onsite during the ARMY on the Street in New York Event . Please note that you may appear in any content pertaining to the event on official HYBE / Weverse social platforms. 6. The raffle winning cannot be transferred or sold. If you are found selling or transferring the raffle winning, or committing any other fraud, you will be denied admission. 7. The raffle winners must bring a valid photo ID to enter the event venue on the day of the event. You will not be allowed to participate if you do not have a valid photo ID in person. ※ For customers who enter the raffle on this website, your identity and the winning QR code will be verified in the admission process. The QR code can be found by going to BTS weverse → More (···) button on the top right corner → My Events page. A screenshot will not be considered valid. Please have your weverse app ready at the site. ※ Your purchase history cannot be recovered if you delete your weverse/weverse shop account. We look forward to ARMY’s love and support.
